Here's how you're setting yourself up for relapse. Hi, my name is Dallas. I am a Chemsex recovery coach. If you're trying to quit using meth, do an audit on your life to pinpoint ways you are subconsciously enabling yourself to use. And here's what I'm seeing lately are men who work from home, especially those who have— who don't have to work from home but choose to. You are creating an environment that makes it easy to scroll on the apps, easy to get away unnoticed, Easy to pull one over on your partner, easy to allow yourself the flexibility to use. In early chemsex recovery, you cannot have flexibility. You cannot have space to use. You cannot have loopholes. My advice is to make yourself go to work every day, be in the confines of the office, find every way possible to be accountable, and don't leave room for choice because willpower and self-control do not exist at this point.
