Product Market Misfits helps entrepreneurs learn more about starting companies and getting funded by sharing conversations with world-class venture-backed founders who are one or two steps ahead of you on the path to success. Whether you're an entrepreneur already trying to raise funds or you've been sitting on an idea without direction, this show is designed to introduce you to founders and investors who have been exactly where you are right now. On each episode, we'll sit down with a founder or an investor who can share their story of building a great product that customers love and offer practical advice on early-stage fundraising. Here's a sneak preview of our first interview with Shannon Goggin and her startup, Noyo. Enjoy.
I knew I wanted to go earlier stage and be part of defining the product and the company from the earliest days. So I had a few ideas that I was kicking around in my head. I was talking to a few other early-stage startups, you know, 5 people, 10 people. And when I started dreaming about insurance APIs and sketching those out on the bus, that's when I really knew this was the one. I think that the biggest feeling was this is going to happen. It's inevitable. Somebody is going to build it. And if it's not me, how am I going to feel when that happens? And that's when I, I knew it was time to go all in.
