I think the most often asked question is, "What's your why?" And people ask me that all the time, and it's super important. And my why is that when I was young, I wish I had a mentor. I wish I had someone that could help guide me and mentor me and help me figure out who I wanted to be so I could create impact for the world sooner. This generation really wants it. And my why is to be able to provide that for them. And the more people I get to be able to do it for, the better. And the more impact that we can help young people have while they are young and as they grow, it's just amazing. So what better why than that?
