This: treat other people the way they want to be treated, not the way you want to be treated. So meet the millennials where they are. Number 4 is coach and become a mentor through all the great tools, all the great tools to connect with other people. And the last thing is this: be authentic. Millennials and all of us love authenticity. And be positive, for crying out loud. So what if law firms are mostly dinosaurs? You can make the change, I promise you.
