I'm gonna start off with a question. And my question is this: Why in the most connected world are we so disconnected? The workplace is the most polarized it has ever been, and age is a big polarization. The world is different. Millennial is like a bad word. It's like a 4-letter word. It's shocking. This polarization is costing us a ton of money. What's the number one reason people are leaving their job? The boss, that's you guys, that's me, that's us. We're the number one reason for this problem, and I want to prompt you to figure out what you're gonna do to solve it. We're all human beings, we all have interesting qualities. It's really focused on the relationship. Because relationships are tough and they require human interaction. And here's the real conflict: we can't stand them. They're selfie-loving, taking pictures of themselves all the time, their food, their clothes, all those things. When they're done doing that, they're asking you to take a picture of them to post it. We do love them. We love youth. And if we invite them to the party and bust these myths, they will win. And the question is, how do we bridge the gap and depolarize the workplace. So you answered my question not directly. I'm a lawyer, I'd move to strike that answer.
