Mills Levin is a, uh, one of the largest and prestigious firms in the country. We have about 500 attorneys nationwide. We practice in all areas of law that a corporation would need. So it really covers the gamut for companies, from intellectual property to litigation to employment needs to immigration needs, you name it. Most, if not all, the associates, so the attorneys who are not partners, really fall into that category. Because, so, you know, usually attorneys coming out of law school are around 25, and you know, it could take about 10 years to become partner. And so millennials, you know, started 1980, 35, right? So pretty much you're looking at mostly associates being millennials. I mean, Dan is phenomenal. He is a great business coach, and so he has helped me tremendously. I have, I had, I've had a very good practice, and I want to make it great, and Dan has helped me to get there. So we started using Strength Finder to find out where my strengths are, which was somewhat eye-opening. It's really interesting seeing where your strengths are in more of an analytical sense. And it, it helped me understand more of how I do some of the things I do, because I just kind of wake up and do these things and don't really think about them that much. And now, having known some of my strengths, it now makes a lot more sense, and I can play to those. And it's helped me work with some of the associates to to make more efficient use of my time and to help better the practice so that I could focus on things that I'm good at. Well, every time we get together, it's something new. You know, they'll say, "Alright, what's on the agenda? What's going on?" And I'll tell them some things that I'm working on, some things that I'm moving towards, and then we work on those things. Got you. And so No, it's time to create our own business. One of Dan's slogans is, which I agree with, if you could take $3,000 and turn it into $30,000 in revenue, would you? And most people say yes. And so that's kind of his pitch. I really sense that with Dan Negroni helping us, I definitely appreciate it.
