I'm Dan Negroni, and I am CEO and founder of a company called LaunchBox. And at LaunchBox, we bridge the gap between millennials and managers. The best thing you can do for your business is focus on creating next-generation leaders. Not only are they your employees, They're gonna be your customers. This group has $1.5 trillion— trillion— dollars of retail spending. At LaunchBox, we bridge the gap between managers and the millennials. We offer corporate training programs, peer-to-peer networking groups, public workshops, and one-on-one coaching. We start it all with a BridgeDx assessment that determines the disconnects between you and your millennial workforce. BridgeDx works as an online assessment. Through our research and experience, we've developed a number of core questions which we can then customize according to the needs of the particular client. Bridge is designed to teach the skills that best close the gap between millennials and their managers. We want to get there, we think we know how to get there, but sometimes we don't. And that's where I think the connection between the generations can be made. Most of the world is the Paul Kups and the Hewlett-Packards. I say the golden rule, right? I have the gold, I'll make the rules. If you want my gold, called a salary, you will follow my rules. When you went home, you were home and that was your time. We're part of a generation, I check my email at 3 o'clock in the morning. It's both sides, it's not just, you know, you trying to understand us, or us trying to make you change your workplace to fit us, but it's us understanding your backgrounds as an older generation and a different style of managing so that we can all get to the same goal. And what we teach here is how to do it from the inside out. And we have tools for both millennials and managers. LaunchBox Life Workshops, uh, it's a day program and we start with identifying each individual's top 5 strengths. We work through many different exercises including including figuring out your personal brand, and we really culminate with telling our story. It was one of the first opportunities I've had where I was really pushed personally and professionally. It's allowed us to engage our employees. By engaging our employees, we've been able to keep them for another year or two years longer, which cuts down on training costs and turnover. What LaunchBox did was it took the younger lawyers I work with and made sure they're doing the right things so that they can succeed. The most important thing is learning the coaching style that is needed to mentor the staff. It's helped me not only work with existing clients but help me gain new, new clients. So dealing with the people on where they are and where they stand has allowed us to to be a better company and have a better culture. There should be so much more depth to a networking group than, than most of them have. Accelerator is one of very few that I've chosen to get very involved in and would like to be a part of for years to come. You can't afford to ignore the power of 2.4 billion millennials. So let us help you create the next generation of leaders. Leaders in your business.
