Hey everybody, the theme of the week is showing up, and it started on Monday morning in the pool with a millennial friend of mine who's in real estate who started to talk about closing his biggest deal ever. And I said, what did you do differently to close that deal? And he said, I don't know, Danny, I just showed up. I've been showing up consecutively for months at a time, and it happened because I was there to provide value, and that's how it happened. So I want to ask you, how are you showing up? Are you showing up with a smile? Are you showing up with positivity? Are you showing up with trying to figure out value to others? Are you showing up with kindness? I mean, you gotta show up. Wayne Gretzky says, "You miss 100% of the shots that you don't take." And that's for sure. So what are you doing to show up? Or if you're a mentor, what are you doing to help other people that you work with show up each and every day? Show the frack up.
