Gratitude and accomplishment. In the last few months, waking up every morning, every single morning, and starting with, what am I grateful for? What are the blessings in my life? What are the good things I've got going on in my life? And then pairing that with every night before I go to bed, what are the accomplishments? What did I accomplish during the day? Not achievements, not necessarily wins, but what did you get done? It has been amazing to see the difference that happens when you wake up every morning and you start with gratitude and you finish every day with an understanding of this is what got done. You look back over the months and are just blown away at how much goodness, how much blessing there is in your days, and how much you are capable of when you achieve things day after day after day. If you're going through a dry spell, if you're going through a rough run, Give it a shot. Start with gratitude. Finish with what you accomplished. Log it. Journal it. Put it down. Look back after a few months. You're going to be amazed at what was there.
