A friend keeps starting fitness routines and quitting. A personal trainer fixes that with structure and accountability. Franchising works the same way: 80% of startups fail in year one, but a franchise system gives you a tested model, training, and ongoing support.

I hit the gym this morning and I couldn't help but think about people who are trying to get into fitness and their situation being very similar to people who want to start their own business. So hear me out. I've got this friend who's been trying to get fit for ages. He started lifting weights at the gym for about 3-4 weeks and then gave up for months and he didn't do any sort of exercise. Then he wanted to take up running to get slimmer. He ran ran for about 3 weeks and then he injured himself and stopped again. So I guess it's very hard to start working out by yourself if you never had the habit of it. It's very similar with business. Starting on your own is very difficult, so some people don't ever start, or the ones that start fail very quickly. The one way to increase your chances of success, however, in fitness is by hiring a PT, a PT that can create a program based on your needs and abilities and start by little and, you know, basics and then build it up. Same goes for meal plans. They can build your own meal plan so that you know what you eat. You follow a system to train, you follow a system to eat, and that increases your chances of success and you're not dropping out. Out or giving up. The same is with franchising. You can be a successful entrepreneur on your own completely, um, but reality is that 80% of those startups fail within the first year. However, if you took on someone's proven system and a model of business that we know it's successful, you follow the system, you follow the training, and you keep implementing the plan, your chances of success chances of success are much higher. So yeah, I couldn't help myself but think, you know, everyone can start exercising on their own, but they fail in the first few weeks and they lack consistency. Same goes for startups and business owners. So follow me for more franchising tips.
