Let's talk about organic franchise development. What does this mean? You're going to ask. It means not spending any money on ads and still attracting potential franchise investors. How is this possible? You're going to ask. Well, it is possible, and I'll give you a little trick that's so often overlooked. And all the franchise brands I speak with miss that. Stay with me. When you're trying to attract franchise investors organically, everyone starts thinking SEO. Something even simpler and easier that you can use that's already there as an asset in the business that can be converting potential leads into franchisees. The existing clients that already sit in front of the brand and are regular clients and probably raving fans of your brand can be potentially your franchise investors. So if you have a brand that faces the clients like a shop, a café, a restaurant, or anything like that, you already have a huge opportunity to present the franchise investment or the franchise opportunity in front of them. Have the signs talking about 'want to become part of us.' Have signage everywhere, uh, flyers, billboards, or signage within the stores where customers would come in, um, that you've got franchise opportunities available to become part of the family. You will be surprised how many people did not know that you're a franchise in the first place, and secondly, did not know that there's an opportunity to join this as a business. So use these available assets. If you are a service-based franchise and you don't have a client-facing shop, store, restaurant, and so on, you can also be leaving flyers or any other marketing collateral at people's homes. So if you're a gardening franchise or if you're a movers franchise, you can use a leaflet or a brochure or a little pamphlet that you can leave with the customer saying that if you're a raving fan of the brand, you can join our family, we're looking for franchisees, and so on. Same goes for any type of other franchises. You already have one foot through the door for your clients, and your clients are probably using you regularly. So do not underestimate that powerful channel. You already have a bunch of clients. Of course, you can be emailing them about the franchise opportunity. That's another way to do it digitally. But make sure that you use that physical signage where you can place the franchise opportunity in front of your clients. If this was useful, save it, send it to someone that needs to hear it, and follow me for more franchise marketing tips.
