So when you start to kind of think about what you want to achieve over the period of, sorry, over the period of say like even half a year or a year, things start to get a little bit too abstract. The reality is that life changes and your own views change. So like your goals often change over that kind of very, very long time horizon. And sometimes it can be pretty daunting in terms of I want to achieve 10% body fat, I want to get loads stronger. It's like it's so far that actually it can become quite overwhelming. It's not too short a week, sorry, it's not too short, i.e. like a day, where, you know, things can be pretty volatile, things can move around, things can change rapidly, and actually like a day doesn't matter that much. So it's not too short for it to kind of not matter from that perspective. And I think that actually the week is a real sweet spot and it's big enough that actually really does matter. Like it matters to put in a good week and it actually really matters if you put in a bad week, but it's also small enough that you can actually influence it and things don't change too much. So I think the week is the sweet spot.
