because no matter what type of training or eating you do, you will not stick to it no matter how bad you want it. Because if you are somebody that is not well slept, eats low amount of protein, is dehydrated a lot of the time, eats processed foods, is inactive, you're just not going to get it done. It always comes back down to a conversation about the boring fundamentals, the foundational health habits. Because once you are someone that doesn't drink alcohol or limits it significantly, that's well slept, that eats lots of protein, that manages caffeine well, that drinks a lot of water and stays hydrated, that eats lots of whole foods and takes a lot of steps. You turn into just a completely different person, and you have the energy, the motivation, and you find that you have the discipline to be able to actually stick to a training and eating program, no matter what type of training and eating program it is.
