Now, if. If you have sirens going off in your head, blaring, it seems too good to be true, it probably is, then I get it. But that's not necessarily the case. Now, just to make sure we are all up to speed on inquiries, when you or your client has their credit pulled for any reason, it could be a loan, a car, a mortgage, a phone application, a store offer. And sometimes even when applying for a job or getting insurance, or even if you're trying to rent an apartment, an inquiry is placed on the credit. And each inquiry dings the credit score. So by removing those hard inquiries, you can easily increase the credit score, which is exactly what we all want, right? So here's how you do it. The strategy here, it's so simple and it really, really works. To get an inquiry removed within 24 hours, here's what you do. You need to physically call the companies that place the inquiries. And you got to call them on a telephone and demand their removal. Okay, this is all done over the phone. It's done swiftly and without ever creating a letter or buying a stamp. Okay, so is the 24 hour inquiry removal real, effective, legitimate and legal? Yes, yes, yes and yes. But there are two limitations that you must be aware of. First of all, most of the companies require the consumer to Call if you are calling on behalf of someone else or let them know that you are a credit repair organization. This is not going to work, okay? They will only talk about this information with the actual consumer who has the inquiry on record. And second, you've got to provide them with a legitimate reason for removing the inquiry. Usually they will only remove the inquiry if they pulled a credit report without authorization approval or if it somehow was a Fair Credit Reporting act violation. So here's what you need to know if you want to pull this off legitimately for you or your clients. First off, if you are calling on behalf of a client and the company who made the inquiry asks you who you are, you should never lie or be deceitful. Okay? Not only is it never a good idea to lie, but it could actually get you into legal trouble. Okay? Next, if you are calling on your own behalf, but you don't have a valid reason to remove each inquiry, again, you shouldn't lie about that either. Now, the bottom line is the 24 hour inquiry removal method. It's legit, legal and effective when done correctly. Just be sure you stay within the parameters and that I've just laid out for you, okay? You need to have a good reason for the removal and have the person whose inquiry that you were attempting to remove, you have to have them call the company themselves.
