From College Dropout to Credit Repair Millionaire—Reonna Victoria’s Success Story
24 Nov 2025 · 37 min
Podcast interview (host Daniel Rosen) with Rhianna Victoria, founder of Rhianna Victoria Credit Consulting, describing her path from learning credit at age 14 (through her mother) to launching a credit-repair business in May 2020 while in college and scaling it to a million-dollar annual milestone. Key themes: early family mentorship, launching at age 19 during the pandemic, rapid early revenue (≈$100k in first six months), heavy reliance on social media and Instagram ads for lead generation, offline branding (four wrapped cars and yard signs), operational use of Credit Repair Cloud, a six-person team with offices in Houston and Dallas, roughly 1,500 clients, and partnerships (including an asserted affiliation with American Express). The conversation includes practical tactics (ad targeting, using client photos in ads, lead forms linking to Credit Repair Cloud), common misconceptions about credit repair, and advice for new business owners.

Hi, how are you doing?
Awesome. Thanks for being here. How are you?
I'm doing good. Thanks for having me.
Well, I'm really excited that you're here and congratulations on the Millionaires Club award. How does that feel?
It feels great. Still a little bit surreal, but it feels great.
Well, I want to know everything, but let's start with where did you grow up and where are you now?
Okay, so I actually grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, and I've been in Houston for almost the past four years. It will be four years in November. But originally from Atlanta, Georgia.
Awesome. And what was your life like before Credit Repair?
Well, I started credit really young, so I started credit, maybe, I want to say my freshman year of college. So before I started doing credit, I was just the typical high school teenage girl. I was very popular. I was very involved in school. I cheered. I was an athletic manager for the basketball team. So I was very involved in school. But yeah, after I graduated high school, I attended Georgia State University, which is actually in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. And then I began my credit repair business my freshman year of college.
What was it that drew you to credit Repair?
So my mom was actually in the credit industry before me. So she actually has over 25 years of experience in the credit industry. She's kind of taken a backseat now and just let me do my own thing as she's branched off into commercial real estate and funding. But growing up, I always saw her, you know, do credit. And everybody used to always ask me like, are you ever going to do credit? Are you ever going to take over what your mom does? And I'm like, absolutely not. I became 14 and I wanted to get a job. Actually had an interview at Six Flags and at Chick Fil A and she told me that I was not allowed to go. I was like, why? I can't get a job? Like, I want to make my own money. And she was like, yeah, you can be my assistant. You can work for me. But I don't. I don't want you going out and getting a job. You know, your job is to cheer, handle everything that you do with basketball, focus on your grades, get into school. You don't have to get a job. And I was like, okay. So I became her assistant at 14. So I've actually known how to read a credit report since the age of 14.
That's really amazing.
Yeah.
That's how you have so much knowledge about it at only 24.
Yes. I've been looking at credit reports since age 14. So it's not much about credit that I can't talk to you about.
That's really wild. Most people get into credit repair because they have credit issues of their own. But you didn't have credit issues, did you?
No, no, I actually did not. My grandparents and my mom always had me on their credit cards as an authorized user. So by the time I was 18 and graduated high school, my credit score was actually 8. 13. Wow.
That's amazing.
Yes. No, I never had credit issues when I was 19. I want to say I was 19. This was. It was 19, but it was 2020, so it was like that Covet era. I actually went and bought a car with my, you know, my own credit. I didn't need a co signer. Actually bought my mom a car that Mother's Day. So I bought her a Range Rover. And then the next day I turned around and went to Mercedes Benz and I bought myself a Mercedes Benz cl. Okay. So after I bought those two cars, everyone was asking me, like, around my age, because at this point, I'm a freshman in college, but I haven't even, like, finished my full freshman year yet. Everybody was asking me, like, how did you buy two luxury cars in one day? Like, how did. How did you just pull this off? How did you do this? And it Got to a point where I was like, okay, I'm telling so many people about credit for free and I actually know what it is and I know how to do it and I know it needs to be done, and I just did it. And they see that. So for me, it was more so like, okay, there is not anybody in this game that wants to teach the younger crowd how to do it. You're supposed to learn it in school. They should teach it in school. They don't. They don't know anything about it. So for me, it was one of those things where it was like, okay, well, let me start helping kids my age understand what it is, why it's important, why you need it, how you can obtain it. And then for me, it was a no brainer at that point.
Amazing. What were some of the biggest obstacles you faced when starting your business and how'd you overcome them?
I think my main obstacle is probably the fact that people are concerned about my age. I think that's even till today. I'm 24, which I'm older, but I'm obviously not that old. I think that's, that's one of the main challenges that I faced. I think that's a challenge that I still face till this day. People are definitely concerned about my age and they want to know how I know what I know and who taught me what I know at such a young age. So I think that's the, that's the main thing.
So how long ago did you launch the business?
I launched my business in 2020.
Amazing. 20.
May of 2020.
So you were 20 in 2020?
I hadn't turned 20 yet. Oh, wow. I'm at the end of the year. Yeah, I was 19. I was, was born in October, so my birthday wasn't until October of 2020, so I was 19 when I launched it. But it was the year of 2020.
That was a rough year. That was the year of the pandemic.
That year was terrible. That was my freshman year of college. It was a horrible experience. College was a horrible experience now.
Oh, so you launched the business while you're in college during the pandemic?
Yes.
The first year of a business is always rough. But what was your first year in business like?
My first year of business was amazing. It was great. I think my first year in business, probably within like the first six months, I had already made 100,000.
Wow.
And what, what made so successful? Where were you getting all your clients?
I am a true and firm believer of social media down to the T. Like I live for social media. I love for social media, and I am a strong believer in consistency. So there's not a day that goes by where I'm not posting on my business. There's not a day that goes by where I'm not reaching out to clients, sending out updates, checking files. Like, there's not a day that goes by where I'm not doing something regarding to work, like, even on vacation, no matter where I am. My computer is with me, an iPad is with me, a phone is with me. Something. I am a firm believer in consistency, and I feel like that's something that's helped me grow my business a lot. And I've actually had clients that felt comfortable signing up with me, and one of the reasons that they felt comfortable signing up with me is because they were like, one, you're always on Instagram, and two, I don't follow you, but I always see you because I always see your sponsored ads pop up. I'm a firm believer in letting social media work for you because it really does. It really does. And we're young. That's where everything is. Everybody has a TikTok, a Snapchat, Instagram, a Twitter. Like, social media runs the world right now.
How did you get your first client?
My first client was actually somebody that used to be my mom's client. She was my mom's client first, probably when I was in, like, middle school. My mom had got out of the game to kind of focus on commercial real estate and funding. And I just made a post. I had gotten my logo made, and then after I got my logo made, I made a post on my page. Not a story, but a page post, and, you know, let people know that I was launching my credit repair business and I was, you know, now accepting new clients and was really looking forward to it and. And she reached out to me and was like, oh, my gosh, I wanted your mom to fix my credit again. Girl, I messed it up again. But your mom told me she was not, you know, taking on any clients anymore, that she got into the commercial funding space. So I'm so glad that, you know, you made this post. How can I get started? And it just went from there.
And how many clients do you have today?
Oh, Lord, I'm a pick a safe number and go with maybe like 1500.
Do you have a team?
My team is six people and we have an office in Houston and we have an office in Dallas.
Well, I was just wondering, with your team, everyone runs their team completely different. Like, what type, what types of Roles do you have in your company? And what, what do all the people do in your company?
That's a good question. So everybody does the same thing. They all do the same thing. Um, so a normal day for them looks like coming in to the office and then opening up laptops. Everybody has their own laptop, everybody has their own phone, everybody has their own iPad. So they actually have a lead form which is actually used through you all. So they fill out the lead forms, type up all their information, and then their job is to reach out to all of those leads. So the lead form that you all do, I actually took the link from that and put it on Instagram. So if somebody is interested in our services, they click the link for the lead form that leads to Credit Repair Cloud. So the first things first in the morning is everybody goes in, checks the leads, make sure that everybody gets a response. And then after that we just kind of go through our day, which is basically going all the way through Credit Repair. Credit Repair Cloud, checking our tasks, seeing who needs to be updated, seeing what negative items have been removed, sending out new letters, and then the last thing of the day is always sending out those updates to the client. A lot of people in the credit repair industry that I know, they send out like a email from, I guess they have like their own email with their own domain. They send out their updates to their clients that way and let them know it was disputed that way. We send all of our updates through Credit Repair Cloud and that's how we have our conversations back and forth with clients. So all updates get sent through there and then if they have a question, then they just respond back on there. But that's the best feature in the world. I absolutely love it.
Nice.
I read somewhere that you, you hired eight of your employees, you hired, worked at Equifax. Do you have any crazy stories that they've told you about working at Equifax?
They have never told me any crazy stories. But. But the reason that they ended up working for me and they actually moved and relocated to Texas with me, the reason that they actually came out here was because they wanted to open up their own credit repair company. But when you work in the credit bureaus, you have to sign a non compete form which allows you to not be able to start your own credit repair company, which rightfully so, you know, they've never told any stories. But I will say that she's told me she's seen a lot and she said that one of the main things that she saw a lot and this is gonna sound so crazy is fake police reports.
Oh, yeah.
She's seen a lot of people send in fake police reports to say, I guess this wasn't me and this needs to be removed from my credit right now. She said that most of the people who send in the fake police reports also attach, like, a nasty letter along with it. And that's something that she. She's talks about a lot. And I was like, well, we don't do police reports over here, so you don't have to worry about that. She's like, thank God. But she has said that, you know, with being in Atlanta, that's something that she did.
See a lot of people go to jail for that.
They do. Yeah, they do. I actually have heard some stories of credit repair people that have gone to jail for that. I'm like, I don't play those type of games. Please don't come over here asking for no credit report. We're not doing it. We're not considering it. We're not thinking about it. It's not happening.
Well, diving into. More into your marketing, you've had all these different ways of getting leads in. You had yard signs, you had wraps on cars. You have a huge social media following. What would you say are the most successful ways that you've had? What drives the most leads? At the end of the day, what.
Drives the most leads is probably going to be the cars and social media. I have four cars currently, and they are all wrapped. So they all say Rihanna, the credit queen, a website, and the Instagram. So the cars are actually wrapped. And I have a lot of people that reach out based off of the cars being wrapped. So the cars that we currently have wrapped it, or a Range Rover, Tesla, a Mercedes, and a Maserati. So all four of those cars have the same wrap. And I think that along with, like, yard signs as well as billboards, I would say probably about 70% of our clientele is probably from Instagram.
Oh, and we took a look at your Instagrams beforehand. They're incredible. They huge followings, hundreds of thousands. Is there a method for someone that's looking. Just get started in Instagram to really grow a following?
Yeah. So I had a following throughout high school. A lot of people actually followed me on Instagram because of the way I used to dress. I've always been a person that was into fashion, so I've always been designer down high school. I was driving a Mercedes. I've always had the MCM bags. I've always had the Louis Vuitton bag. So a lot of people followed me just because they liked my style and the way that I dressed. And I would always post pictures of my outfits for the day. So that started my following. And then after that, in high school, I was actually asked to be in a reality TV show for a cheerleading show, and I did that. And that kind of, you know, blew up my following a little bit, too. And then after that, when I started getting into credit, I had people continually follow me based off of that. And then when Instagram started allowing you to do sponsored ads and run ads, I literally took that opportunity and ran with it. And I can say that it helps so much. Every time I run an ad, I'm gaining about 2,000 followers per ad. I run ads weekly. So I do invest a lot when it comes to ads, but they're well worth it. And I would say anybody who's trying to get their business noticed a little bit more, or anybody who's just starting their business and is trying to build their business, I wholeheartedly believe in Instagram ads. And, you know, they're really flexible. They let you run it for however many days you'd like. You can set the limit for how much you'd like to spend so you don't have to go in full throttle and just spend $2,000. But a lot of the. The money that I put into advertising is always done for Instagram, and I don't advertise with anybody else. I have advertised with Snapchat before. I liked it, but I didn't love it. I like Instagram a whole lot more. I don't do Facebook. I don't do Twitter. I strictly just do ads on Instagram on both of my pages, the business page and the personal page. And it helps so much because even if that person doesn't want to become a client at that time, they remember your face or they remember your name, or they remember I saw this page, even if they don't follow you. So they might not be a client today. But most of the clients that have ever seen my page prior and didn't sign up at that time came back at a later date and did sign up. So I would definitely say Instagram. I live for Instagram.
What does a successful ad look like for you? What. What's worked the best to make sure that you're not just getting a follower that's never going to buy your services.
Right. So I think there is a right way and a wrong way to run ads. And I think I have had some ads that have failed to for sure. And I'm like, I spent all of this money and didn't get one client. I'm learning, I'm learning that as I go. But one thing that I've realized now that I'm not really doing anymore that I've seen that people like is people like stuff that's relatable. So I try to only run a sponsored ad on something that I know is going to attract certain people. So for instance, I like to do sponsored ads on my clients cars or my clients homes that they've gotten. But I've seen the difference between running a sponsored ad for a client who got a car and the client is in the photo versus running an ad for a client who got a car and the client is not in the photo. So some clients will send me a picture and they're in the picture, they're doing a video, they're, you know, they're having a time. They're like, yes, Rihanna, fix my credit, I got this. Then you'll have some people who will send you a picture just for you to post it. But they don't really want people in their business or didn't necessarily want people to know that they had bad credit or you know, went through that type of time because everybody's not really, really open and honest about that. Some people are, you know, ashamed of it. And it's nothing to be ashamed about. I feel like especially in this economy, everybody's going through something. But I do have some clients who are a little bit more timid and don't want to, you know, send pictures with them in it. So I have realized that when I promote things that has other clients in it or if I've tagged that client in the caption, I've seen those type of ads do better and those are the ones now that I'm focused a little bit more on. Just so you are saving that money and not wasting it on something where you might not get a roi.
What, what does that look like to get started on Instagram ads? And can someone get started?
Minimal money or Instagram really goes a long way. It really, it really does. And no matter if you're spending $20 or if you're spending $20,000 in your ads, I think as long as you know how to run Instagram ads, then you're, you're doing, you're doing well. I, Instagram also gives you tips as well whenever you try to run an ad. And it'll tell you like, hey, this post did so good. Like, you know, your insights will Tell you like, this post did so good. This post didn't do so much. Or it also sends me an alert and it's like, hey, this has been your top viewed post in the last 28 days. Consider running an ad on it. Things like that. They try to work with you and they do kind of tell you what ads they think should be ran. Well, what photos they think an ad should be ran on. I kind of always look at that too. I do my ads differently every week because they. They automatically charge your card. So I just have them set up on an American Express and I just let them take the money for whatever ad it is that I run. But I always do mine for about four or five days, depending on what day that week I started it. I always try to run mine starting on either a Thursday or a Friday because those are paydays and you just want people to be able to see, you know, the weekend is a little bit more chill. Sundays, people are sitting at home. So I always run mine on like Thursday through Monday or Sunday, Friday through Sunday, something like that. And then each week I just kind of change it just to see how it does. I have mine set to, like, specific cities that I like to work with. There are some cities where that I really don't care to work with, but I like to set mine up on like, cities that I like to work with. I set it up on, like age group as well. So I have it, you know, probably sets like 18 to 55 just because obviously if you're not 18, I can't service you. So I just have miners set up a little bit more strategic. I don't just target any and everybody, but I do set mine up a specific way. And then I kind of vary how much money I spend on specific ads just to kind of see what it does. I like to play around with it. But even on the times where I don't spend as much money, like, there might be one ad and I'll spend 5,000 on this one, there might be another one and I just spend 1,000 on that one. But I like to play around with it just to kind of see. But I can say that whether I spent five thousand or a thousand, I've always got a lot of engagement and there's always a lot of people who have seen it. So I think it's just something you kind of have to play around with and figure out what works best or what you like the best. But I don't have, like a specific strategy strategy that I use every week. But I do do it weekly. I do recommend doing it weekly. That way you're always in people's face. They can always see you. If you get tired of me, that's okay. You can block me, but I want other people to always see me.
And are you taking all your best performing organic posts and making those ads, or are you also making additional ads outside of that?
So most of my posts are the organic posts. I normally only do an ad on a post that's already been on my page. And like I said, I try to only target the posts that have like a client in them because I've seen those to be the ones that do better. So I have a client, she just recently got a Mercedes Benz truck. She's in the photo. Her son's in the photo. Her boyfriend bought her some roses. So the roses are in the photo. People love that ad. I don't, I don't know what it is, but they love that ad. Before she got the bins, we also helped her get a Range Rover Valar like two summers ago. I just did that ad this past week. I think it's actually still running now. People love that ad. So I always try to do the ones that I know have gotten a lot of engagement and the ones that people interacted with the most. There are times where I'll just do like. So like for Christmas, every day of December was like a holiday post type of thing. So like one day it had Santa Claus, one day it had a Christmas tree. Because I always do like a morning story post, just about, you know, credit. And for the month of December, I did a sponsored ad on each of those individual posts. Every day that was like a different Christmas post. So those are on my page. But it does allow you to do posts that aren't on your page. So for Christmas, I did do those. Thanksgiving, I did that as well for turkey. Like it was turkeys and fall and like it was like fall into your new credit scores or something like that. So I was boosting those posts too. But since the holidays are over, I've gone back to just doing my regular ads. As far as the posts that are.
Already on the page, how about testimonials? Do you have a process for collecting those?
I don't want to say I don't, but I do. I believe in posting testimonials every day. So I do post those in my story every day and I actually have them on my page as a highlight just because I like for other people that are maybe watching but haven't taken that Leap to sign up for the program. I do have them watch just so they can see, like, this is what this client is saying. This is what this client is saying. And it's not necessarily me reaching out to the client via text asking for a testimonial, but it's more so me posting when I have conversations with my clients and they're telling me about their experience or they're telling me like they're grateful for me. Like, I've had clients do so much for me just because they're appreciative of the fact that I've helped them. Like, I've had clients send Starbucks gift cards. I've had clients buy Lululemon gift cards. I've had clients send Christmas gifts. I had one client, she actually sent me a. A glass Dolce and Gabbana coffee mug. Yes. So I've had clients that are just, you know, they just like to have conversations with me. And I'm. I'm an open person. I'm easy to talk to. So I have regular conversations with them. And they actually feel like they have a relationship with me and know me, and I think they love me for that. And I always let them know, like, I love you too, because without you know, you, there's no me. So just thank you for supporting me. And then I always like to give back to them as well. So there's times where we'll do free Starbucks for all of our clients or things like that. We are now working with the skim store that is located in the Galleria Mall out here in Houston. So whenever exclusive collabs drop, like she did the collaboration with North Face, she also did the collaboration with Dolce and Gabbana, we actually give those gifts back. So we'll go to skims, we'll buy up a bunch of different pieces, and we actually give those back to the clients who have know supported us just as a thank you.
Nice. How about affiliates? Do you work with affiliates or referral partners?
Okay, yes, I do have those type of affiliates. I love them. I work with a lot of realtors and I work with dealerships. I work with auto brokers. Basically, it's you purchasing a car, but you not ever having to step into the dealership and the auto broker will have the car delivered right to your home or your place of business and things like that. But I do work with them. I actually also have a partnership with American Express. I am the only credit repair company that does have a partnership with American Express. And I love them. So I do have those Types of partnerships and affiliations. Yes, And I love those.
You can actually get somebody that'll go buy a car for you so you don't have to sit in there and do all that stuff.
Yes. I actually used him myself, and that's how I started working with him. So when I bought the Range Rover for my mom and I bought the Mercedes Benz back for myself back in 2020, I actually used him. So I had been seeing him on Instagram, Seeing him on Instagram. And then one day I was car shopping, and I was actually looking at Alexis. He was at the dealership. I recognized him from Instagram, of course, and I spoke to him and said something to him. You know, I told him this is what I wanted to purchase. This is how I wanted to do it. This is how much money I had to put down. And this was my credit score. And he was like, oh, let's get the ball rolling. Whenever you're ready, let me know. And he was a godsend lifesaver. I told myself after I bought those cars that I would probably never buy a car the regular way again. It was so easy. It was so fast. He's amazing. His name is Kyrie and he's located in Atlanta. His Instagram is the ATL auto broker. And he's. He's the bomb. He's the best. He's. He's. He's phenomenal.
And he does all the haggling for you.
He does everything for you. So he'll send you the credit. He has specific dealerships that he works with. So he'll basically tell you to go online, find the car that you're interested in. He'll send you the application to apply. He'll have his people that he's connected with at the dealership pull the application for you, and then he handles everything else as far as, you know, working out the deal, working out the terms, communicating with them about the down payment, the warranties. He does all of that for you. If you are going to go to the dealership to pick up your vehicle, then you meet him there only when it's time to sign paperwork and pick up your keys. So you're not spending the five, six, seven hours at the dealership trying to, you know, figure out how the deal is going to go. He handles everything for you. You're up there, you get your keys, and you drive off the lot. When I got my Mercedes from him, the dealership was closed. Actually, I was probably there for 10 minutes. I walked inside, signed my papers, gave them the money for the down payment. They handed me my keys and I left, and they were already closed. I was in and out. So he's Godsent. I love him.
That's amazing. I hate buying a car because I hate all the hours in the dealership.
Yes.
It makes no sense.
You can be there all day, day. So I send a lot of my clients to him, especially the ones that I have in Atlanta. And he works with so many different dealerships. He's able to get any type of car. He's. He's truly amazing.
That's fantastic. I want to take some time to really celebrate your millionaires club membership. So congratulations again. Making a million dollars with Credit Repair is huge. What does that award mean to you?
Oh, it means so much because a lot of people don't know this, but I didn't finish college, so it means. It means a lot to me. My grandparents were actually. They were actually disappointed because I went all the way to my junior year of college and did not finish. And they felt like, you only have one year left. What are you doing? But I could see that I was going somewhere with credit repair. I could see that my business was taking off, and I feel like I saw a vision in myself that a lot of people didn't see and a lot of people actually didn't believe in either. So for me to get that plaque, I was like, okay, everybody can calm down now. I didn't get my college degree, but I'm doing okay.
Awesome. And what made you want to learn more about credit repair cloud back at the beginning and how has it helped you?
Oh, I love credit repair cloud. You all were actually referred to me by somebody else who is in the credit industry. And he lived, he used you all, he swore by you all, he loves you all. And I was like, okay, I'm gonna give it a try. I was working with a credit software before you all, and I switched all of my clients over to you all after I found out about you all and did close my account with, you know, the previous company. And I haven't had any, you know, any issues. I love. I love Critter Repair Cloud. I live by you all. There's always, you know, companies reaching out to me about switching over to their software. And I'm like, I'm okay where I'm at. They always say, if it's not broke, don't fix it. And I love. I love everything that you all are offering. I love everything that you all are doing. And I'm always on there checking for the newest updates, like the referral link that you all just did where those people can go in and enter all of their information. That way, when they do become a client, it's already in the system. I love it. I'm not switching, I'm not leaving. I've even had a company reach out to me about my own credit monitoring company and they told me that it would be like white label just for me. And I was like, no, thank you. I'm okay.
What's a common misconception people have about credit repair that you wish you could correct?
There are a lot of people out here who really think their credit can't be fixed in that bankruptcy is the only way to go, or debt consolidation is the only way to go, or that credit repair companies really can't help them. A lot of times I've had clients come to me and they'll say, you can't help me. My file is too bad. I really want to stop that narrative because no file is too bad. Debt consolidation isn't your only option. Bankruptcy is not your only option. I always, you know, try to push on social media. Contact the credit repair specialist before you contact anybody because nine times out of 10, a credit repair specialist can help you and you don't have to go the route of filing bankruptcy or doing debt consolidation. Also, both of those things still report to your credit. And so even if you do those things, you're still going to have to contact the credit repair specialist after because no lender is going to approve you once you've done the debt consolidation or once you've done the bankruptcy route. So I definitely wish that was, that was one that we could just stop.
Besides being consistent, what's another piece of advice you'd give to someone starting their own credit repair business?
I would definitely say that it's not easy. So outside of being consistent, I feel like you just have to be motivated, goal driven, ambitious. I feel like I'm one of those people where I know nothing is going to be handed to me. I know that everything that I want in life is attainable. You just have to put your mind to it and you know, stay focused, work, work hard, be determined, and everything that you want out of life you can get. But nothing is gonna come easy. Nobody's gonna hand it to you. It's not gonna fall in your lap. So I think once you are one of those people who are determined to turn your life around and you know you're ready to obtain whatever it is at a life that you want, then you're able to do that. But you can't do it by being lazy and expecting it. You got to work for it, and you got to get it.
I love that. Okay, I want to switch gears now, and I'm going to ask you a few rapid questions. Answer with the first thing that pops into your head.
Okay? Okay.
What's your business? Superpower.
Expedited results.
What's your business? Kryptonite. The area you've had to work the hardest to improve.
Removing repossessions.
What does business ownership mean to you?
Everything.
What drives and motivates you?
My family.
What's your definition of success?
Being able to wake up every day and live the life that I want and have everything that I want.
And if you could go back in time and tell yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Anything that you went through is small. It didn't matter, and it won't matter 10 years from now.
That's a good one. And do you have any other advice for someone just starting out with a credit repair business?
Be cautious of who you work with and attach your name to or do business with. There are a lot of people who are out here who know that they don't know what they're doing and are trying to push like they know what they're doing, and then it can just backfire really fast. So I'm very selective with who I allow to be in my circle when it comes to business. I'm very funny about who I will or will not work with. So I think just be selective and make your company and yourself exclusive when it comes to partnerships, collaborations, deals, that type of thing.
And are you teaching the business to other folks? Are you doing mentoring?
I am currently not doing mentoring. I have before, but I'm not at the moment, no.
So what's next for you? What's the next goal?
My next goal is to hopefully reach 2 million and just keep working. I don't really work for me. I really work for my clients. So their success story is my success story. I just really want to keep seeing the clients that I have. The new clients that come continue to win, make sure that their scores are where they need to be so they can go out and get approved for whatever it is that they want. And I think that's what makes me awesome.
And how can people find you? How if someone wants to. Wants your services, how can they reach out to you?
Yes. So we do have a website. It is Rihanna, which is r e O-N-N-A-Victoria.com and then we have two Instagram accounts. So one Instagram account is Rihanna the Credit Queen. And then the other Instagram account, which is probably more of a personal page of mine, but it still has business related stuff on it is do it like re which is D D O I T L I K E R E Do it like re.
Awesome. Well, thank you so much for your time today, Rhianna. This was a lot of fun.
Yes, thank you for having me.
