How Credit Coach Nicole Scott Turned Her Credit Struggles Into a Credit Repair Empire
24 Nov 2025 · 38 min
Podcast episode (recorded Oct 1, 2024) in which host Daniel Rosen interviews Nicole Scott, a credit coach who rebuilt her credit (from a 484 score) after losing her corporate job in 2017 and turned that experience into a credit-repair and coaching business. Nicole describes starting by fixing her own credit, growing via Facebook and then YouTube/Instagram (26k+ followers), building affiliate partnerships (solar companies, loan officers, realtors), using Credit Repair Cloud for operations, hiring VAs (primarily from the Philippines via PH Jobs online), and scaling to roughly 300 clients while keeping a small team (about five, hiring three more). She reviews credit tactics (disputing bankruptcies via LexisNexis, responding to bureau stall letters, CFPB uploads), emphasizes consistency and education, and promotes her community and training offerings (site: creditcoachnicolescott.com).

So please welcome to the podcast credit coach Nicole Scott. Hey, Nicole.
Hi, everyone. So happy to be here. Thank you so much for having me.
Thanks for being here. This is awesome. I've been wanting to meet you, and I want to know everything, but let's start with where did you grow up and where are you now?
Well, funny enough, I'm in Northern California. I grew up in the Bay Area. East Bay, Concord. Class of 2000, Concord High. And. And now I'm in the Sacramento area, so still in Northern California, but just more of, like, a slower part of Northern California now.
What was your life like before credit repair?
Okay, so if you know anything about the Bay Area, you know that we deal with an abundance amount of traffic. I'm sure you guys do in LA as well. So I was driving an hour and a half to work every morning. An hour and a half on lucky days, on a good day. So I would spend three hours a day in the car commuting. And funny enough, I leveraged that time to learn about credit. I was actually listening to your podcast as I was driving. You were one of the podcasts that I would faithfully listen to as I was driving to and from work every single day.
Wow.
And I just kept thinking, there's got to be a better way. There's got to be a better way. I can't see how people can do this for the next five years. I just. There's got to be a better way. And that's how I discovered you.
Well, that's amazing and awesome. But what was it you were doing.
For work with that long drive office manager?
Oh, wow. What drew you to credit repair? What drew you to wanting to learn about it?
Oh, yeah, I was doing payroll. I was doing everything from accounting to cutting the checks. I mean, I was the operations of that business, and that's been my profession for the last 15 years, is business operations. So I definitely know business and how to operate a business. I just wasn't sure what I wanted to do for my business.
I see. Now, did you have credit issues that you were trying to solve?
Oh, yeah. Very bad. So I lost my corporate job in 2017. My credit score tanked. Pretty much lost everything. And I did what most people did. I googled credit repair. And I used the people that came up on the Google search and didn't have success. Still knew nothing about credit. Would call in every so many months and try to get an update from the credit repair companies, but just was still not having any success. And to be honest, I wasn't educated. That's the biggest problem. I was not educated about credit. And that's when I got obsessed with learning about credit.
Wow. Wow. And I saw that you eventually took our challenge and our master class. That's so cool. Did.
Did those.
Those help you?
Absolutely. They were so awesome. Because at that point, I knew nothing about credit. I had used multiple credit repair companies. And I said, you know what? I'm just going to learn how to do this myself because they're not getting it done for me. I'm not getting anywhere. I'm spending all of this money, so let me just learn how to do it. And my intentions weren't to help other people necessarily at that time. I just wanted to learn. And I would sit at my desk at my job, and actually, that's where I took my challenge. I was sitting at work at my desk with my headphones in, taking the credit hero challenge.
That's so awesome. And then you fixed your own credit. You were your first client, right?
Yeah, I was my first client. I used the software to process all my letters. I did everything myself. And then I started helping other people. Once I got my confidence, like, oh, my God, it actually works. I can do this now.
That's a big jump to go from fixing your own credit to then helping others. How did you first start to turn it into a business?
Facebook. I. I had a Facebook account that had a lot of people that I grew up with, and I started posting results on Facebook because I was fixing my credit, I was fixing my boyfriend's credit, my mom's credit. So I was getting all of their results, and I started helping, like, all my other friends. And then I kind of realized, like, hey, people who don't want this, don't take it serious. So I only want to help people that really want this. So I started advertising the results on Facebook, and I wasn't trying to sell people, but rather saying, hey, look at the results that I'm getting. And a lot of people would reach out saying, hey, I need help. And at that point, I was like, oh, my God, I'm. I was so scared to help them because I wasn't sure of myself at that point, you know, But I took the leap. I said, you know what? I'm just going to do it. I need to get out of this rat race that I'm in. And thank God I did, because it was the biggest success that I have had to date.
That is so cool. And how many clients do you have today?
About 300. That's about the max that I like to keep. We just had to kind of extend our slots in credit repair cloud. And, you know, funny enough, today I was actually speaking with a solar company, and I did a deal with them. So now they're going to refer people that need help with, you know, solar so they can save money. And it's just another great thing about being in this business. You can help so many different business owners and their clients as well.
That is awesome. Congratulations on scoring that new affiliate. That's amazing.
Thank you.
Now, what were the biggest obstacles that you faced when starting this business, and how'd you overcome them?
I had a baby in 2019. And in 2020, you know, with a brand new baby, I said, I want to start a business. And that was right when Covid hit. So I was thinking, oh, my God, how am I going to do this? How am I going to get out there in front of people? How am I going to, you know, how am I going to let people know the services that I'm offering? And that's when I had to learn how to leverage social media and how to create an online presence. And before that time, I had never recorded a video. I didn't like taking pictures. I mean, I remember the first time I tried to record a video for social media, and it was just like, I set up everything. That took hours. I could not get the video out. I couldn't read the script. It was just a bad thing. But the more you do it, the better you get. So I just want to encourage anyone that's watching. If you've never done social media, I hadn't either. I was just watching everyone, including Daniel, on YouTube and listening to the podcast. And here I am, four years later, a guest on the podcast, which is, you know, I just didn't give up. I was just. I wasn't trying to be the best. I wasn't trying to be the biggest. I was just trying to be consistent. That's the hardest part is being consistent.
Sure. And I got to tell you, I spent most of today going through your YouTube. You have so many videos. It's really impressive. There are hundreds of them, and they're really, really good. And I also saw you have over 26,000 followers on your Instagram. How did you grow such a large following there? What's your secret value?
Providing value and just being yourself. You know, I work with a lot of people who also want to start this industry, and the one thing that they get hung up on is what other people are doing and how other people, how they're perceiving other people's success. You can't do that. You have to stay in your lane and you have to just focus on what your goals are and being consistent. You know, the reason why that person is having success is because they're consistent with their content. I post every day. That's one thing that I invested in early on in this business. Even when I was working my 9 to 5, I used my 9 to 5 to fund my business and I invested in social media automation. So I'll sit in my office and I'll batch record content for the entire month. You would think I record content all the time. I record once a month, maybe twice a month, and I batch record so I have enough content for the entire month.
That's really, really good advice. I also saw you had a lot of videos on YouTube about different banks and credit unions. Is this something that a lot of your clients have challenges with?
Oh, yeah, absolutely. Some clients are not even able to open up a bank account. So we have to deal with the root of the problem is where is that coming from? You know, a lot of people don't understand the importance. Importance or how to build a bank account relationship or how to even build a relationship with a bank. So it's really important that I educate my clients and, you know, everyone that does follow the YouTube channel on how to do that, because I was that person as well. I couldn't open up a bank account. I went to several banks and they said no, and I never understood why. And then finally one time, I think I was at Chase, and they said, well, you owe us like two hundred and something dollars. I was like, two hundred and something dollars. Like, where did that even come from? Well, whatever, let me just pay it. And then everything went away. Everything was fine after that. So they had reported me to Check Systems. Once I paid Chase the balance that they stated I owed them, everything was cleared up. So that's what I do with a lot of my clients. I say, look, let's just find out how much you owe and whatever you owe, let's figure out if that's valid. But for me, like, I just want to take care of it, especially if it's a smaller balance, let's just pay it. So I don't have these issues in opening up bank accounts because that was hindering me the most. I couldn't even get a bank account. I mean, I was this close from signing up with Chime. So I always know when someone comes to me and has a Chime account, they have issues.
And that was something I learned today on your YouTube. Something I didn't know at all was that Navy. Is it Navy Federal? Is that what it's called? Navy Federal does not use check systems.
No, they don't. They use early warning. So if someone has issues in Check System, which I did, and I was still able to get a Navy Federal account. So a lot of people that are using Chime, if they can get into Navy Federal, it's a huge, huge upgrade.
What is chime? I don't actually know what that is.
Okay, so Chime is a. Well, it's a bank account. They're out of San Francisco, California, and they offer different credit builder accounts. But the thing is, they're just not a great bank. There's no future benefit there. Most of their items are like secured items. Their banking is like, yeah, you get paid early, but there you can't get an auto loan with them. You can't get an unsecured credit card. You're not going to be able to get a $20,000 credit card with them. You're going to have to give them money to even get a credit card. So they focus on people that have bad credit. They focus on people that can't get a bank account. And they say, hey, come, come bank with us. We'll pay you two days early. We'll give you products that you can use to help build your credit. But what people don't realize is there's no future benefit. Relationships with banks, they're supposed to go two ways. If I'm putting my money into your bank and you're, you're able to make money off my money, then I should be able to get benefit from you in the future by getting auto loans with a lower interest rate, credit cards with the higher limit. So my utilization isn't affected so much because, you know, when I was struggling with credit and first started, all my credit cards were like secured credit cards, you know, 200, $500 limits. Soon as I use them, my credit score shot down because of the utilization. So honestly, if you can stay away from Chime, it's probably best.
Sounds like good advice. Hey, so Besides Instagram and YouTube, what other marketing strategies are working for you right now?
I partner with people like solar companies, real estate agents, loan officers, and also those that offer funding. I work with a lot of funding companies. So people that go to them, that don't qualify for their products, they send them over to me. Just like today, I built a relationship with a solar company. They actually had interviewed over 20 different credit repair companies and they were just about to go with a company that was in Las Vegas, but they were just concerned about their volume and they wanted someone more like myself, you know, that could really give people, you know, the attention that they deserved and you know, what exactly they need to do versus, you know, a larger credit repair company that might not give their clients the attention that they deserve. So that's what my clients appreciate the most, is I'm going to make sure that they have a custom plan for each of their clients and I'm the one that's to be working with them. It's not going to be someone from my team. I'm not going to try to, you know, pawn them off on someone else when they sign up. And I think that's what, you know, my clients appreciate the most, is they know that, you know, when they are working with me, they're going to get a real life solution.
And then when you're working with someone like the solar company, when the client reaches the score that they're hoping they will get to in order to approve them, do you let them know?
Oh, absolutely. So we work together inside a credit repair cloud, we add them as affiliates so they can see all of their clients progress. And it's really a great system for them because they feel like they're a part of the solution, you know, and with the solar company that I worked with today, they're going to be paying for all of their clients, credit repair.
That's awesome.
Yeah, yeah. So I'm just sending the bill to them. They're paying for it and it's, it's a win win for everybody.
That is so great. Yeah. Once you have those relationships, it's much easier to get clients coming. Now I'm curious, what advice would you give someone who's got a new credit repair business and they're struggling to get their first clients?
I would say you have to, you have to branch out and make yourself uncomfortable. Nobody wants to be on camera. I was horrible at recording when I first started. But you have to create content. You have to allow people to know how you can help them. And if they can't get to know you, get to like you or get to trust you, they're not going to do business with you. The know, like and trust factor are really important. And with the, you know, today's day and age of creating content, you don't even necessarily need to say anything because there's apps like Cap Cut where you can just point up and have, you know, an AI voice say something if you're just that terrified. Right. But over time, I promise you, you will feel more confident in getting on camera. But you also need to, you know, reach out to different lenders, real estate agents, start networking with those people, whether it's on LinkedIn, you know, Instagram, or even in person. We have to network and start building our affiliate relationships. We all have to start somewhere and we really have to put in the work. Whether you want to go heavy on social media or go heavy with the affiliates, I recommend kind of doing a blend of both. So that way you're always going to have a pool of people. And then, of course, referrals are great as well. So you can set up a referral program for those clients that you do get, you know, results for saying, hey, I got you results. If you want to refer your friends and family, I'll give you $50 for each person that signs up.
How do you stay consistent when things get overwhelming, especially with all the demands of building a business?
It's tough because you have to have balance. Right. There's been many times where I've been very overwhelmed, but eventually you have to build a team around you. So, so what I do is I like to use, you know, employees from the Philippines and I outsource my work to them. So I have them help me with the tasks that I need, like, you know, social media. I have them edit videos, I have them do the social media automation Honestly, I. I rarely go on social media. One would think that I'm on there all the time. But I have my team that does all my video posting. They create all of my, you know, posts. I don't even know, like, I don't have any idea what posts every day.
That is so awesome. And how big a team do you have today?
Right now there's about five of us, but I actually just posted an ad yesterday for three new positions that I need, so hopefully by next week, there will be eight.
And what service are you using to find these folks in the Philippines?
PH Jobs online.
Okay. Yeah. With our business here. That's how I started was with VAs from there. Yeah.
Yep. I love VAs from the Philippines. I've used VAs from other areas. But I feel like the V's in the Philippines are very dedicated. They're very loyal. I mean, I've had VAs that I've been working with now for several years, three years. So I just would prefer to hire from the Philippines.
Very, very cool. What's your advice for growing and scaling a team?
You have to put together training manuals. So what I do is I use Loom and I record everything that I do, and I put it almost into, like, a training course. So if I hire someone, they don't work out for whatever reason, no big deal, because I've got a training course that I can put the next person into. And all that I have to do is just record what I want them to do and kind of put a course, an sop, you know, together of, hey, this is what you're responsible for. This is the scope of work. And here's how you do it. You have to document everything. The easiest way to do that is with Loom, because it's a very cheap application. I think LOOM is less than $20 a month. And you can screen record, so you can create all of your training manuals.
What are some examples of things you've done training manuals for?
Inside of credit repair cloud? I've trained VAs on, you know, how to onboard our clients, how to do the disputes for me, how to do the letters, everything from A to Z. Because it's hard to pass the torch. Right. Once we learn credit repair and we become passionate about it, we're like, nobody can do it as good as I can. Right. I have to do everything because I can do it the best. I had a really hard time passing the torch, but what I did was I put a lot of time and effort into training, and that VA that I trained is still with me today. It's about three years now that we've been working together. And you know, fingers crossed, nothing ever happens. But if, if it does, I still have the training manual that I used when I first hired her on. So as long as you have those training manuals in place and your standard operating procedures, you can hire easily, very easily. I don't ever have to train anybody now because I have all of my training manuals and SOPs together so I can build my team effectively. And then we have a weekly meeting every week. We use slack to communicate. So, you know, we have a system put into place to where we are all in communication and a team working together.
Amen to that. And I love that. You're a real bootstrapper.
Oh yeah. Oh yeah, absolutely. I mean, I had nothing. I had nothing. When I started this business, I was living in a one bedroom condo apartment in the ghetto in Antioch, California. And I mean, my car got repoed. I had a brand new baby. It was, it was ugly. It was ugly.
And what's your living situation now?
A four bedroom house. Had three cars, now have two. I drive a Mercedes Benz. I mean, I feel like I'm back to where I was before my life got disrupted. You know, before I lost my job, I kind of, I built my own path. And that's what I needed to do from the beginning because, you know, anyone that you work with, you just never know what the future holds. But with this, there's going to be constant growth. There's always going to people, there's always going to be people that need help with credit because there's not enough help out there. When I first started, I said, where do we go to learn this? Who teaches credit? What school can I go to? How can I learn this stuff? Because I'm not getting it from these credit repair companies. And that's why I say, you know, to all my clients, it's so important to, to coach people along the way and consult them along the way and not just do dispute letters for them, but to actually teach them, hey, the reason why your credit score is so low is your utilization is too high. And educate people along the way.
I love that. With so many clients now, what's your secret to keeping them engaged and committed throughout the credit repair process?
So I built a credit community and we have live calls every Friday and I encourage them all to join. They can watch the replays. It's ev. Everything is inside of the school app. So I add all my clients to the School app, and that way they can stay engaged. And we have calls about everything credit related, from personal credit to business credit to, you know, how to fix your credit. I've had a masterclass on credit repair cloud. So I teach them exactly what they need to do to go through the process and even start a credit repair business of their own. Because ultimately that's what a lot of my clients want to do, is they want to learn the process and then they want to start a credit repair business and start helping people as well.
I love it. And can you share one or a few of your most impactful success stories of a client whose life was changed by your service?
Absolutely. I mean, I have so many, but the one that sticks out to me the most is a mother daughter team. And when the mother first came to me, she had bankruptcy, she had repossessions, she had a worst credit that I've ever seen. And I mean, I had pretty bad credit, but I just didn't have a bankruptcy. And we worked together. It took about a year. Okay. It was, it was quite a bit of time. Right. And we, most people would probably give up, but we stayed engaged, we stayed in contact. She was always texting me. I said, stick in there. We have to be consistent. Again, being consistent, you have to be consistent. Well, we got her all cleaned up. I helped her rebuild her credit, I helped her buy a home. I helped her daughter repair her credit as well. So her and her daughter, together, they were able to purchase their first home, and now they are homeowners to this day.
That's awesome. And I love that you're now helping other people to start this kind of a business. Tell me about that.
Oh, it's so exciting because a lot, a lot of my clients, they are at the very beginning stages where they're just, they have enough confidence where they're like, look, I know this works. I want to start a credit repair business. And I'm like, look, here's how you do it. You sign up for credit repair cloud and you start getting your clients. You start advertising on social media. You start with your friends and family, and then you start posting on whatever platform you have existing. Okay. Then you start creating your other platforms and you just start posting. Because I'll tell you one thing, you helping other people, you are changing lives. And there's nobody out there right now. I can guarantee you that they know. That's going to educate them on the credit like you would. That's going to tell them, this is how you build a relationship with a bank. This is how you build credit. This is how you get high limit credit cards. This is how you get business funding. You know, all of those things that are life changing because I used funding to start my business. You know, I used credit, I bought laptops, I bought equipment, you know, and it's, it is life changing. And now I'm helping other people do the same and basically just showing them exactly what I did to be successful.
That's so cool. And what's one piece of advice you'd give to someone who's just starting their own credit repair business?
Don't quit. Okay. There's been so many times where I've wanted to quit. I think I did quit a few times. Okay. But we have to stay consistent. Okay? You have to just take a break sometimes and you have to balance things. Okay. You can't just, you know, go full fledged and get obsessed with something and then give up. You have to balance. So if you're saying, okay, I know me, I'm going to get burnt out if I, you know, do this too much, say, hey, I'm going to dedicate three to four hours a day to this and stay consistent with that, and then you can grow from there. But you have to be consistent, especially when it comes to credit. If you can't get consistent with even something as little as content, how are you going to stay consistent with your clients when it comes to credit repair? Consistency is key with this business.
That's really good advice. Okay, let's talk credit repair. Of all the credit repair strategies you've learned, what's one that was a real game changer?
That's a good question. I would say the bankruptcy one. Before I knew how to dispute a bankruptcy, I mean, it felt like I would never get bankruptcies off. But then when I learned about how to dispute a bankruptcy, how to go to LexisNexis, how to dispute it with them and get them to get it off and then send that letter to the credit bureaus to have them take it off. That was a game changer for me because I've helped so many people get the bankruptcies off their credit. Sometimes it takes a couple months. You know, again, you have to be consistent and you have to make sure that you follow up on things. But that was a huge game changer. And also I've learned a lot from Vance Dotson. He actually speaks a lot about, you know, suing debt collectors and how you can actually, you know, pin the violations that these debt collectors, these third party junk debt collectors are using against us. The tactics a lot of times that they're using to collect on these alleged debts, they are violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. So just educating myself on that was a huge game changer.
How do you deal with credit bureau stall letters?
Oh, man, that's a great question because I actually just had someone say, what do I do? It came back as verified or it came back as, hey, we don't think you're using, you know, we think you're using a credit repair company. Again, consistency. You have to just write them back and say, hey, I am absolutely not using a credit repair company. This is actually from me. And you know what? This has actually happened to me when I was disputing things for my own credit. So I know that everyone is dealing with the same thing. And you just have to make it seem like it's from a real person. Okay? That's the most important thing, is make your letters seem like they are from a real person. You can send it certified mail, return receipt if you want to. But honestly, I write a hand cover letter and say, hey, I am Nicole Scott. Please process my dispute letter attached. Simple, right? Simple cover letter. And then I attached my dispute letters with my proof documents, so on and so forth. But you just have to reach out to them. Sometimes I call them as well. Phone calls, you know, letters. With Experian, they have the upload portal. If you go to experian.com upload, you can actually upload your letters directly to Experian. And that's been really successful for a lot of my clients. What I'll do is I'll send them the letters and I'll say, hey, go to this website and upload these documents there. That way it's recorded from their IP address. Same thing with going to the cfpb. I will send my clients the verbiage that they need to put into the CFPB and have them do it from their IP address. Because the CFPB does the same thing. Hey, we think you're using credit repair. And it's not me. It's, you know, it's actually from the client. But we're helping them. There's nothing saying we can't help people, right? So it's really just about communicating with your clients, being consistent and trying to think outside of the box. Like, how can I make this to where they think that I'm a real person? Because if you're getting those, they think that you're using a credit repair company. They think that you're AI. They think that you Know something, but you just have to respond, say, no, this is actually me. And, you know, if you don't process my letters, I'm going to make a complaint to the CFPB that you are violating my consumer rights.
I love it. So simple. What's a common misconception people have about credit repair that you wish you could correct?
That it's fast. It's not fast. It takes time. You can't expect to have bad credit for so many years and then, you know, 60 days, 90 days, 30 days, expect for everything to be, you know, fixed. It doesn't work like that. And, you know, I see so many people advertising, oh, we could fix your credit in X amount of days. And no, no, no, it doesn't work like that because you have to build credit. There's two sides of credit repair. There's, you know, disputing the negative items. But there's also, you know, the educational part where we have to build credit, we have to change our ways. We have to understand what it is that we need to do as consumers to have good credit and to manage our finances in a responsible way that we were not taught. Nobody teaches us this. I was not taught this in school. You know, what I learned in school was, you know, business math. I didn't learn, you know, credit. Nobody teaches this. So I feel like once you learn this special skill, you're going to be able to. Has changed so many lives because a lot of people are simply uneducated. There is a lot of opportunity out there, you know, and credit repair is just one of those opportunities. But there's affiliate marketing. There's so many different revenue streams that you could potentially branch off into. But credit repair is going to be the first. And it can get very overwhelming. But you just have to decide, hey, I'm gonna. I'm gonna put someone in my place so I can focus on this next revenue stream for my business and get that going and then hire someone to, you know, perfect that and then just keep on moving to the next thing.
I love it. What are some of the most rewarding parts about this business?
Changing people's lives and showing the results. Showing people you can actually do what you were told. Because I. I don't know if it's just me being on YouTube, but I always get those people that have worked with, you know, other companies or other people and didn't quite get the results that they were hoping for. And then when they worked with me, they're like, oh, my God, you're really. The truth. Like, I really like, got what I paid for and that's the most rewarding for me. But it's not going to happen overnight. People don't realize that it is going to take time for us to build up to where we need to be. But again, we have to stay consistent. You know, I would have never been, I would have never got here if I wasn't consistent. If I gave up, I would never got here. If I wasn't consistent, I would never got here. So it's life changing for me to show up this to other people and to show them it really works.
Awesome. Okay, I want to switch gears right now, and I'm going to ask you a few rapid questions and answer with the very first thing that pops in your head. Okay?
Okay.
What is your business Superpower?
Problem solving.
What's your business? Kryptonite. The area you've had to work the hardest to improve.
Customer service.
What does business ownership mean to you?
Pride.
What drives and motivates you?
My family, My daughter. And success.
And what's your definition of success?
Being happy and having financial freedom and not having to live paycheck to paycheck.
And if you could go back in time and tell yourself one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don't give up. Don't quit. And I have quit. I. I mean, I had a time where I canceled all my clients because I was so overwhelmed. But don't quit. You have to just keep going.
Awesome. And what's next for you? What's the next big goal?
I am working on my community right now. I started it a few months back and I really want to focus on building that and growing that in allowing more people to learn about the community. Because I offer the education at a very affordable price compared to what other, you know, similar coaches or, you know, credit repair folks are offering out there. Like I said, the lady I spoke with today, or was it yesterday? Days run together sometimes. But I spoke with her recently. She paid $8,000. $8,000. So my community, we meet every Friday and that's the goal, is to build that community up to educate more people and empower more people to start their credit repair business because they have so much opportunity that they are missing out on if they don't.
Awesome. And how can people who are watching and listening right now, how can they find your products and. And reach out to you?
Oh, they could visit creditcoach nicole scott.com they can also head over to YouTube and type in credit coach Nicole Scott. They can email me. Nicole creditcoachpros.com. and you know I'm not hard to find. If you just go into Google, you could, you'll find my YouTube channel, you'll find my website. Everything is credit coach Nicole Scott.
