A short monologue from a YouTube video describing two central practices behind the speakers' "freedom journey" success: (1) finding and hiring mentors who are already where they want to be, and (2) consistently teaming with others for accountability and enjoyment. The speaker attributes these practices as major reasons for their success.
Two things that's just true about us and our freedom journey is that we always find somebody who's exactly where we want to be and we hire them to mentor us. And then two, we always team with other people. There's never once where we've done something by ourselves. We've always found somebody to help us for accountability reasons. And just because we enjoy doing things with other people. That's a good thing to point out as to why I feel is one of the big reasons for our success.
