Here we are, day four of seven day rehab. Just a light day today for our crew because they got so much done last night. Some landscaping, a little bit of flavor here for the house roof got done late last night. Just everything's tying in together nicely and we're going to be finished, no problem.
Hi guys, Caitlin here, your marketing and communications coordinator for Bulldog Renovations and Freedom Real Estate Group. And today I am at the property that we are doing the seven day flip on. If you've watched any of our previous videos, welcome back. If not, if you're new again, still welcome. For those of you who are new, I just want to give a quick rundown on what we were doing. This was our first seven day flip. Today is day four and this was a twenty three thousand dollar job that we were striving to get done in seven days. Again today. Day four, yesterday primarily they worked on the exterior. They did all of the painting, they did some power washing, put on the shutters. They also installed a new roof which looks amazing. And then inside they were working on the bathroom, stretching the carpet and then doing some other small updates. Today there wasn't really a whole lot that they had to do. So they did do some landscaping and then on the interior they just did some touch up painting as well as some other little checklist things. Just making sure that everything was done. Because we are ahead of our seven day flip, we are actually giving the guys.
