7 Day Flip - Day 6

Foreign. Hi guys. Kaitlyn here, your marketing and communications coordinator for Freedom Real Estate Group and Bulldog Renovations. Today I am at the property that we are doing a seven day flip on. Today is day six. A couple of reminders I know we didn't post yesterday but this is a three bedroom one bath house with 1118 square foot in a one car attached garage. This was a twenty three thousand dollar job that we were trying to get done in seven days and today is day six and we are already done. So we are one day ahead of schedule. We were actually so far ahead of schedule we let the guys have the day off yesterday on Sunday. So it's only actually been five working days but we are completing it on day six. I'm gonna go ahead and meet with PJ and see what we got done today. Yeah. All right, here we are. Day six, technically day five since we took a day off. Luckily put us in that position. Over the weekend we did some landscaping. We did some paint touch ups in the bathroom, the kitchen, the ceilings, the mulch is down. They finished the roof and then we just kind of started bringing some stuff to stage the property for pictures to get our tenants in here a little bit. Today is they're going to finish some landscaping. Want to fill some of the cracks in the driveway and just a punch list that we gave them, they should be done in the afternoon and we'll send you a clip. Close our video. So a couple more things. The house is getting clean today and the guys are still out working on the driveway but outside of that everything else is done. Come back tomorrow for the final video and walk through. I also wanted to say thank you guys for all of your support and staying with us on our our journey on our first seven day flip. See ya walkthrough. And that's it. We got this done in 7 day touch ups here and there, in the bathroom, in the ceilings, in the bathroom. Again, we're tired.
