7 Day Flip - Day 7

Foreign. Hi guys. Kaitlyn here, your marketing and communications coordinator for Freedom Real Estate Group and Bulldog Renovations. Today I'm here at the property that we did a seven day flip on. Today is day seven. I am going to take you guys through a walkthrough and meet with PJ on the inside. It's probably not going to look a whole lot different as we were just kind of doing like some cosmetic updates. But again, PJ will go through all that and we can still do a walkthrough to show you guys everything. Again, this is the exterior out here. We did power washing, painting, and we also installed a new roof and we also did some landscaping. Guys, let's go ahead and meet with PJ and see what he has to say. All right, here we are, day seven of our seven day flip. As you can see, we're all done. Yesterday we completed our punch list. A lot of paint touch ups outside and inside. They touched up the doors, fixed a couple doors, tightened up some electrical and finished landscaping. And as you can see, we got some donuts and beverages here for them since they did such a great job and we were excited to celebrate with them. So just take a look around and hope you guys enjoy. Sa Sam all right, guys, well those are the last of the updates that I have for you on our first seven day flight. I want to say thank you to everyone for all of your support and encouraging words. We are hopefully planning another seven day flip with two properties going at the same time to have a little bit of a competition. We hope to see you all back then and again, thank you so much for everything. See you guys. It sa.
