When we're buying properties, we are buying properties sometimes from investors who just didn't do their due diligence up front, or ran out of money, or had bad contractors, or had some type of catastrophic issue that caused them ultimately to stop doing the rehab. Right. Result of that happening is private money lenders or hard money lenders are now not getting paid back from the investor because of the improper due diligence or just things that maybe they didn't have experience or knowledge about going into the deal. And now that private money lender or that hard money lender is having to foreclose. And so those are real situations and real stories that we hear all the time.
