Short YouTube motivational monologue reflecting on attitude toward the past and a long-term visionary mindset. The speaker emphasizes being thankful for past experiences, thinking in a multi-year horizon (explicitly saying "10 years down the road"), and balancing a long-term vision with day-to-day adaptability by reverse-engineering actions from desired future outcomes.
Part of life that you can be upset with or happy with. And we have always said that we're very happy with. We wouldn't be where we are today without all of the things that happened to us throughout our lives. And then tomorrow. I am a visionary. So when you say tomorrow, I'm not actually literally thinking of tomorrow the next day. I'm literally thinking of 10 years down the road. Shocker. And although that's good because it allows me to see the vision of where we want to go pursuing personally and professionally, it doesn't make sense to worry about it on a day to day time frame because what I do today, what I learned today, may change what I do tomorrow, which then changes what happens in 10 years down the road. So I think times like this, it's very, very good to have the visionary hat on of where you want to go because it gives you the ability to reverse engineer what you need to do in order to make that vision happen.
