Two people debate whether you need a real estate agent to sell your house. One says online tools and basic staging work fine; the other argues agents pull comps, price accurately, handle legal paperwork, and negotiate better.
So who do you think would win? I don't need an agent to sell my house.
I think you absolutely need an agent to sell your house.
But with today's agent and computers, I've got everything at my fingertips. I know exactly what my house is worth.
Do you really think Zillow is accurate when it tells you what house value is? That's insane.
There are so many more websites besides Zillow. And plus, I. I just make my house look pretty and I can put a sign in the yard. Sold.
Yeah, an agent's going to know how to pull comps. They're going to be able to tell you what the true value of a property is. You absolutely need that skill and knowledge. Plus the legal paperwork, the ability to negotiate. I could go on and on.
So who do you think would win? You don't need an agent.
