A short motivational monologue (YouTube video) by Dani Lynn Robison urging listeners to accept that fear is universal, acknowledge frequent failure, and take immediate action toward their dreams. The speaker stresses that successes are rarely overnight, time can help or hinder progress, and personal responsibility — getting up and acting despite fear — is essential.

Everyone's scared. Most people just do a good job hiding it. People fail every day and they keep getting back up. People just don't talk about their failures as much as they do their successes. Especially on social media. No one is an overnight success. Time is your friend or your enemy. And that's why you need to get off your ass and start taking action today, not tomorrow. Who cares that you're scared? We all are. Get up. Make your dreams come true, because no one else is going to do it for you.
