Becoming the right leader for your organization is a whole journey in and of itself. Natural breakpoints in a business. I'm a one man show and I have to hire my first person and that's terrifying, but you have to go through it. In order to be able to grow a business that has multiple employees, you've got to start learning how to interview and train people. And then you get to the point where 15 employees, you start having to have one or two leaders aside from yourself in the business because you just can't manage everything. And then somewhere around like 50 or 60 employees, you've got a suite of leaders. You've got four or five people who have different divisions that they're running. And then somewhere around 100 to 120 employees, you need to have middle managers. You as a CEO have to empower those five people in your C suite, but then they have to be able to hire leaders underneath of them. This whole growth journey, each time you do it, each time you hire someone, you can attest to this, you get better at it.
