If I had zero dollars to my name, here's exactly what I'd do to become financially free within 10 years. Number one, I'd start going to every real estate meetup in the area for the next six months. I'd meet as many people as I can who are already investing in real estate and I'd connect with them. Second, after I've met a bunch of people, I would make a huge list of people I'd want to work for. You want to find people who run a company or lead a team. And third, reach out to those people. Ask them what their biggest problem is in their company and see how you can solve them. They might need more leads or more content for their business. And lastly, ask to work for them while you solve bigger and bigger problems. The best way you can learn is from people who are already doing what you want to do.
