About 14 months
You know, with rehabs and renovations, about 99% of the time something goes wrong, we're looking at budget, we're looking at time, and we're looking for quality. And almost always something goes wrong. Now there was the one that I know you know about that what could have gone wrong, did go wrong. Tell them about our first multifamily.
Yeah, so this first multifamily property, we talk about it very often. It's our first 56 unit. We have nicknamed it drugs, thugs and bugs because it was a nightmare. We bought it in 2020, and literally everything that could go wrong went wrong. And we had break ins, we did have bugs, we had, you know, alarms.
And we had thugs.
And police, and everything was happening. It was a complete nightmare. Absolutely everything that could happen happened at this particular property. So it took over a year, I think it was 14 months to actually stabilize the property during COVID because of all the break ins, because of all the thugs and bu and drugs. Like, we keep on saying the police were there multiple times. It was just crazy. But we are very, very thankful because we do have a renovation team. It's one of the companies that we built. And if you want somebody that's reliable, who's going to be there, who's going to make sure that you're under budget, that's going to make sure that you hit those deadlines, even if you have a nightmare property, then I would say go click bulldog renovations in the link below.
