A brief YouTube monologue in which Flip (speaker) recounts a time when his companies relied on local wholesalers for property deals and suddenly had none available. To avoid dependence and secure inventory, they created an acquisitions company called Cash Flow Houses to take control of finding and buying properties. The speaker advises other investors/business owners to control their acquisitions rather than rely on outside sources.
Are you an investor or business owner and you're struggling to find houses to buy? We went through that, too, and Flip's going to share the story.
Yeah, it was a few years ago, and I was in charge of the acquisitions department for our company, and I should say companies, and we were typically buying all of our properties from our local wholesalers until one week when I reached out to all the wholesalers and nobody had a property to buy. At that point, we realized we were in trouble because they didn't have any properties for us to buy. And if we don't have properties, that doesn't help any of our companies because of how we have our company set up. So we immediately created Cash Flow Houses, our acquisitions company, so that way we are in control to buy all of our properties and to be actively searching for properties for our companies. So if you are an investor or business owner and you need to buy properties, make sure you take control of this process and not rely on outside sources for your properties for your companies.
