In the land of the free, there's nothing stopping you from financial freedom. We are big believers that you can do anything that you want. So if financial freedom is on your list, then you can achieve it. One of the things that we did when we got started was just jump into real estate and we said, hey, we want to achieve financial freedom. We never want to have a worry about money. We want to do whatever we want, whenever we want, with whomever we want. And we also wanted to make sure we took care of our families and our parents along the way. And just we didn't want the concerns. We wanted to enjoy life, have fun, and just never have the concern about money that so many people do. So if that's something that you're wanting to do as well, I really encourage you to talk to us. What we've done is just had conversations with people that said, hey, what is it that you want out of life? And so we start talking about that lifestyle design, about what you really want to do in life, and then what type of money is that going to require for you to achieve that goal? And so for some people, it's $10,000 a month. For some people, it's $5,000 a month. It doesn't matter what that number is. It could be 20 or $50,000 a month. What we do is we reverse engineer it from there and then figure out what's the capital that you have right now, and then what can we put that capital in? Based on your journey, based on your risk tolerance, and how can we achieve that goal for you? And we put together a blueprint, and it's exactly what Flip and I did. We'd meet every single week, sometimes once a month if we got really busy to decide how close are we to this goal? And finally, once we hit it, we were like, yes. And we are super, super excited.
