And a lot of the stories that we hear is, I didn't realize that I should have been using agent. And so when this happens, it's kind of unfortunate because they will have bought a house, and then after the fact, they'll realize they didn't get something inspected that was really important. And so they're dealing maybe with mold or termites or. Or things that radon, for one, is something that happens a lot in Ohio. If they don't get it tested, then there's consequences that you're having to live with. And you could have negotiated that or dealt with it or chose not to buy.
