Short monologue (YouTube video) giving practical content-creation advice for very small startups: pick five personal/professional “pillars,” break each into sub-pillars (e.g., health → cold plunging, fitness, nutrition; real-estate investing → raising private money, flipping homes) to generate dozens of content ideas and sustain posting without outside resources.
My biggest piece of advice I love to give to really small startup companies who have absolutely no, no finances or tools or anything or ability to really outsource it or hire in house is just to pick five pillars of your life and within those five pillars, create sub pillars. Each pillar with health and wellness. We talked about cold plunging, we talk about fitness, we talk about nutrition. So within one pillar you could have all these little subtopics that help you curate content easily. If you're talking about the, you know, he raises private money, let's talk about who he's raising private money for and what the process is like and how he builds relationships and he fixes and flips homes. Cool. So let's talk about the evolution of that. So that way people like, what type of content do I create? You're saying just post, but what type of content do I create? Create those five pillars and create sub pillars underneath, and all of a sudden you have 100 pieces of content that you could continuously fill.
