That's right.
Anything else?
Nope.
All right, let's hit it. Okay. All right. So episode 267, Coffee Talk 3 get rich slow versus get rich quick Key takeaways are you get rich in real estate by using the Get Rich Slow methodology. You must be patient. But this way of enriching yourself is the best wealth builder. Another key takeaway is the Get Rich Slow method involves reliability and faith rather than the under reliance on external forces to generate profit or revenue. In our experience with fci, we have found that as we gain experience, our confidence, control and faith in our processes and progress grow. All of these factors help lead us to predictable gains and help build wealth over the long term.
That's right. And episode 268 is Coffee Talk. 4 Coffee Talk how we experience fear and conquer it. Key takeaway number one. Today we are talking about fear. When it comes not only to investing, but in life, fear can hold us back from being successful. But what is it for us? Fear is encapsulated in the thought of what could go wrong. Today. All of us are fearful of the future in some way, but we must realize we will make mistakes, but that we have to overcome them to be successful in our lives. Key Takeaway Number two Overcoming fear requires grit, hard work and a desire to reach your goals. Your fear can keep you three feet from gold and you should never quit or you might find yourself back where you started. For us, we use this idea of having to begin again as our motivation to keep digging and never quit. For you, we are here as a resource so you don't have to make our mistakes. If you need help or have questions, reach out to us. We could not have become successful without others to whom we could ask questions, and we are here to help you remember that the biggest fear is one we all share. You know you don't know everything.
You don't know what you don't know.
That's right.
That's right. Episode number 269Motivational Monday Knowing your Purpose Key Takeaways is we get up in the morning to share our passion and help others. It is important to have a purpose and to be about something bigger and make a difference in the world. Another key takeaway is to make an impact on others. We have to address three areas of our own lives. First, we have to take care of ourselves when we do it, it increases how much we can give. Second, we need to take care of our team that takes care of us. We are working toward creating a family style board of directors that will guide the children of our team members in their Entrepreneurial. That's a long word. Entrepreneurial. That's like rural. I can't say it journeys. Finally, we need to decide the caus we can support to help others. Some of our causes include our which fights human trafficking together, saving Pause and working with organizations that assist abused women as well as puppies behind bars. Oh, those little puppies behind bars.
Episode number 270 Coffee Talk 5 Top 2 Things Investors need to Know Key Takeaway Number 1 the First Thing Real Estate investors need to know are their numbers. They tell a story which determines if an investment meets your objectives and whether it is a good deal for you. When you reach out to us, we ask questions so that we understand your goals and recommend an investment that helps you reach your financial ambition. Key Takeaway Number two the second thing investors must do is track their progress. For passive investing, we refer to the Freedom Number as your own end goal. The Freedom Number simply is the point at which income exceeds expense to such a degree that we can elect to continue a course rather be compelled to Continue on the path. For active investors, tracking your progress is critical because if you are not meeting your plan or budgeted goals, you must be prepared to dig in and investigate where the shortcomings are occurring and alter the direction of your investment, whether it is in the area of market operations or any other aspect of your investment.
All right. Episode 271 Coffee Talk 6.
Yes, Coffee Talk.
The final episode. The Mission of the Freedom Companies Key Takeaways. The Freedom Family of companies is constituted of real people. We are a family and our investors are an extension of our family. We believe in freedom through passive income for ourselves and everyone that surrounds us. Investors are drawn to us because we care. We are vertically integrated, integrated, and can address most of the functions of our business in house. Last key takeaway. When we talk about what is in store for real estate and investing, we understand that there are always opportunities in changing environments. It is our experience that allows us to navigate through and pivot through these changes. Different markets have different conditions and can produce different incomes, even when similar strategies are employed. This is why it is important to surround yourself with those who have greater experience and create a circle of mental diversity where free information is shared. We are here to help you, our investors, find your goals. And for our seasoned investors who understand that to reach your goals, you must surround yourself with those you trust, we continue to offer our guidance, support, and expertise.
Yes.
And then episode 272.
72 was yesterday. It was our live episode, and I didn't write down the key takeaways. So we're going to do it on the fly like we have done probably for the last couple weeks.
Well, yesterday was pretty simple.
Yeah, yesterday was simple. It was very focused on our personal life. We had my brother coming into town. We had the hurricane. We had one more thing that I can't even remember what it is anymore.
Well, there's a closing that's pending, but.
There'S like three personal things.
Oh, driver's license. We got it. We're official Floridians.
That's not a key takeaway.
Well, and now we're really official Floridians because, you know, hurricane and driver's license in the same week. Hello. Might as well get a tattoo.
Yep. I guess my key takeaway then is that it's okay that sometimes you take a break from professional life. This is a daily podcast where you're gonna see us in weird circumstances sometimes because we're doing a daily podcast. And yester I was on very little sleep and I watched the replay because I shared it with the team. And I was like, you're just like laughing. You're like, you're so tired, you don't even know what to do except for laugh and flip. But yeah, there's sometimes where you put work aside and you actually do life things. And probably a key takeaway for me is that it's okay to set work down because I tend to get a little overwhelmed by. I still have work to do, but I've got this other personal stuff going on with the hurricane and our brother in town and yada yada, yada. So I think that's my key takeaway. That wasn't really even on yesterday's episode, but waking up today and feeling more refreshed because the hurricane has passed us, I feel well rested again. And I'm like, ah, breathe. And then telling myself, hey, you didn't have to stress as much as you did. It was okay. You were stressing over a first hurricane, but why be stressing about work? You've got an entire team taking care of things. So that's my key takeaway.
Yeah. Somebody asked me, was there any damage? I said, no, just my nerves. Yeah, they were shot. Truth. Truth. Truth. Truth. Well, we hope you enjoyed this episode. Make sure you're heading on over to our website, freedomcapitalinvestments.com to join our investor club and check out all the other stuff that we have on the site.
