If you're going to get into a short term rental for any reason, like that's a. Don't run the numbers, don't ask about the neighborhood, don't ask any questions. Literally go to that county, city, state's website and look because. And don't go to a Facebook group, don't ask your realtor, don't ask all these people you think are going to know because they might know, but you need that information firsthand because this is your business. Because I know people who have taken the word of other people, they've taken the word of the realtor and then they go to try to apply for a permit and find out they can't have permits or they froze permits for two years. Like don't build your business on somebody else's word for it. Like go find that information out. This is all they do. They do short term rental regulation. You can start groups that literally go to the capitol with you. They go to city council, they have all kinds of letter writing campaigns. So there's different ways to do things like that.
