25. Thank you, thank you, thank you. In today's topic, we're going to be talking about the Freedom to Turnkey Investing. So what's funny about that title when I read it, because Caitlin's our marketing coordinator and she's fantastic and she creates all these titles. And so I looked at it and was like, freedom to Turnkey Investing. Is she talking about getting to financial freedom or is she talking about freedom doing turnkey investing? We're going to talk about both because that's what we do.

Well, because it's natural. Okay? Freedom Real Estate Group, obviously our main, the niche, the main product, the main rice bowl. Everything that we talk about is turnkey real estate. We believe in it because Flip and I believe in cash flow. We used to do subject to wraps because we believed in cash flow. Passive income. That's what we wanted. And why? Because we wanted to do what we.
Want, when we want, where we went.
That's right.
And with whom we want.
With whom we want. Yeah. So it's, it's something that is a passion for everybody. I, I get on the phone all the time, and I know you have too, when you're talking to turnkey investors and, and they've got a set goal, what do you, what are your goals? What are you trying to achieve? Because we're always trying to ultimately decide, are we a good fit? Can we actually help you reach your goals? And many times people have a number. If you dig in, they have a number. And let's just say it's $10,000 a month. That's going to give them the freedom for them to leave their job. And I say that if they want to because many people like us, we love what we do. I can have all the money in the world, and I'm probably going to be driving around in an RV with Flip and he's going to be having the time of his life. And I'm going to be in the back and I'm going to be buying real estate or doing whatever because I just love what we do so much. But people still have that number of having the freedom to choose. So why don't you talk about turnkey investing, do a quick recap of what it is, and then we'll tie the two together.
So again, we discovered this about six or so years ago. And the second that we found it, we immediately knew this is what we wanted to do. This is the ability for us to do real estate investing, but to incorporate it with investors on a multiple time basis. So not just selling one property to one person and then never seeing that person again. What we're doing is we end up selling a property to one person and then we sell another property to that person and then another property to that person. And it's building up relationships what, which is what we love the most. And so again, these are, we have properties that we completely renovate, we put a tenant in them, which we call residents. Inside those properties we have property management set up and then we sell it as a package of. It's called turnkey real estate. And that package is done for you real estate investing. This is our main avatar is the busy individual, the busy professional that wants to do real estate investing but doesn't have the time, doesn't want to learn how to do rehab, they don't want to learn how to do property management, they don't want to do any of that. They don't want to deal with 10 tenants and toilets. And so this is a package of done for you. This is also for the people that want cash flow but don't have the time to do it because that's the, the mighty king cash flow. That's what everyone wants, but a lot of people don't have the time to get out of their daily life to even build it up. And that's what turnkey investing allows you to do because you can, you can buy these properties. You don't have to, you don't have to do the property management because we take care of everything. You just get to collect your, your monthly check every. So it makes it easy for you. So it's done for you, real estate investing.
Yes. So that's what ties it into the financial freedom piece. Right? All you had to do was find the right team and that's really, really important. Probably a future vlog and podcast that we're going to do is about how to do your due diligence on turnkey companies and find the right one. But turnkey real estate in general is a great way for, like you said, busy professionals to be able to get in the game of real estate, to build that wealth, to build that legacy, build that portfolio that you're either going to sell or you're going to pass down to your kids and give you the cash flow that you want so that you can choices not based on I have to work, but hey, I've got lots and lots of Money. Do I want to work?
Right.
Maybe I do want to work, maybe I don't. Maybe I want to take two months off and then go back to work.
It gives you the option.
Yes, exactly right. So that's what we all want. We all want that freedom to be able to do anything that we want and make any choice that we want. And this is one of those things that allows you to get there. And it's why we're in love with it, because we've always tried to offer things that we want ourselves. So if we want it, it means other people want it. So if we can figure it out, which we're going to, because it's just kind of the drive we both have of, hey, this is what we want, how do we get there? And let's do it. And so if we're going to do that, how can we serve others and do the exact same thing? And then, you know, you know, we just love that type of mentality. Mindset.
Yeah, Mindset. Yeah, absolutely.
