Hi, I'm Chris, Vice president of customer experience and asset management here at Freedom Family Investments. Today I'm going to talk about property management and what makes us different and how we provide a class service to our clients. One of the things we do here we have an in house property management company that in house property management company specializes in investors, specifically long term investors who want to buy real estate in our markets and capitalize on cash flow monthly. We call it mail cash or pocket money. When forming our property management company, we analyze the market and where our investors and our clients were struggling the most, specifically with their property management companies that we had worked with in the past. We wanted to design a company that was more oriented around investor and their experience and we've spent the last three, almost four years building a property management company that does just that. Part of that is low fees. We focus strictly on cash flow and asset management, how the property is performing and anything that we sell here. Because we are a turnkey operation as well, we make sure that it performs at or better than our initial performance when we sell the properties. Property management is one of those tough things in real estate. Arguably, and this might be my personal opinion, one of the most difficult things in real estate to manage effectively, especially for clients that are out of state.
