Short excerpt from a YouTube motivational discussion emphasizing that "success is not the key to happiness; happiness is the key to success." The speakers argue happiness is a present practice, not a future destination, and advise making intentional decisions now to shape a happier life.
It's the quote that I read last week, and it just keeps going on and on and on in my head as you're talking. And it was, success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success.
Happiness is not some kind of destination. Happiness is what you're doing right now. And if you're not happy right now, then make some different decisions right now. Think about it. Don't just randomly decide, but put some intentional thought into what do I want my life to look like?
