Three investment tiers: $25,000 for turnkey properties with quarterly liquidity, $50,000 for apartment syndications (48 to 384 units) and a two-year income fund, or $100,000 for growth funds targeting higher returns.
So I was talking to a buddy of mine and I was telling him everything that we do and he said, what's the minimum amount of money that he needs to have to invest in our company? And I said, you know what, that's a great question. Let me ask Danny.
That's awesome. So there are multiple levels of entry into everything that we do. So let me start from the bottom. $25,000 will get you into a turnkey property, for one example. $25,000 will also get you into our short term three month income fund for another example. And that fund is liquidity. That's the big feature that you can get in and out for 90 days. You have a low barrier of entry. Another entry level is $50,000. For $50,000, you're going to be able to get into some of our syndications, our apartments. We've done a 129 unit, we've done multiple 48 units, we've done a 384 unit. For $50,000. You'll also get into our two year income fund that's fully diversified and has a profit sharing component. And then the last level of entry is $100,000. For $100,000, you're going to get into opportunities like our growth funds, which is allowing us to do more things with bigger dollars so that we can get higher returns for our investors.
