Your team, it's hard for them to wrap themselves around goals where they don't see the finish line. They don't understand where the finish line is. So, okay, you want me to buy 20 deals a month? Well, what does that mean to us three years down the road? What does that mean to me in my life and how it reflects and how I grow with the company? And if they don't see the vision, then 20 deals a month, that maybe doesn't mean much. It's just a number, and there's no care or engagement with the number. But if they can see what you're trying to accomplish three years down the road, ultimately, maybe 10, 20, 20, 25 years down the road, suddenly they get that buy in. Right. Of. Oh, I understand now.
