Promotional YouTube video introducing Independence Property Management. The speakers open with an anecdote about disruptive tenant calls ("2am Saturday night"), present the company's mission to align interests with investors, and highlight a specific policy change: elimination of leasing commissions so managers only get paid when investors receive rent. Ends with a call-to-action to click the link in the bio.
Are you tired of that 2am Saturday night phone call from your tenant saying hey, I just flushed the Barbie doll down my toilet. Are you sick and tired of that?
I know we were. And so that's why we created Independence Property Management. We've worked really, really hard to align our interests with our investors and I don't know how many times you're going to find a company that's working as hard at it as we are. For example, our leasing commissions. If you have to lease a property, that means you've had to do a turn to get the property prepared and and you are not receiving rent right now. Why add insult to injury and now pay a fee to somebody to actually lease up the property? That's why we eliminated it so that we could align our interest with yours. If you're not getting paid, we're not getting paid. If you'd like to learn more, click the link in our bio for Independence Property Management.
