All right, it's story time. Everybody likes the story. This is some real life stories of some private investors and private money lenders and what they actually. The money that they were private lending and the money that they made by doing that. Private lending.
Yeah. So we have a lot of lenders that work with us. I have a spreadsheet of like, I don't know, there was probably a hundred lenders and I was looking through them and I decided to pull a few examples of what they invested with us, how long they invested it, and what their rate of return was. So we could just show you, like Flip said, real life examples. So our first private lender invested 209,000. And when we cashed them out, they had earned $7,615.58. Another one of our lenders had 79,000. So they lent that to us on a property. We had that property for one and a half years and at the end when we closed on it, they earned $11,817.53. Another lender had a short term loan. They loaned us 81,000. We only needed it for 90 days. They earned $2,196.99. We should have gave them that extra penny.
Yeah, right.
And the last example I wanted to show you here is one lender who's got multiple loans with us. But this particular instance is they loaned 435,000. This is a multifamily property. So we held it quite a while. This was just under two years that we had this loan. And they earned seven $74,676.98. This is just a great way to invest the capital that you have sitting around anyway, and it's secured by a property and you earn passive income, what we like to call mailbox money.
Right.
