Nice. So, okay, so this is something that I would point out, Keeping it real. I don't know if they're gonna fix it, so. But you look up there, you see how you can see this seam. So obviously, they had to do some. Some work on the. What is it? Drywall. I don't know if the ceiling part is called drywall. I know the walls are called drywall, but you can see the seam, and you can see that there's paint issues right there. So that's something that I would point out in a property. And most people don't look up, but I do for some reason. And the paint color is a little bit different, but that could be because the lights are in the property. But I love that.

I don't even know if it's a light or anything, but I really, really dig it. That looks nice. So they're doing some nice things in our. In the kitchen. And because it's retail, it's a little bit different than the turnkey properties. But let me tell you something that's kind of funny. And you know this. So you see these handles right here? So these are really expensive handles to be putting in the cabinets. And I refused to let the construction team put, like, those little knobbies because I hated them when I walked in. I just want you, whether you're a tenant or you're the owner of the property. I just wanted them to feel like, you know, this is a really nice kitchen. Like, everybody likes the kitchen. And so, like, Danny, these are so expensive. Let us buy the knobbies. I'm like, no, no, you can't buy knobbies.

So they're expensive, but they're not, like, expensive. They're more than what our guys normally would buy. Yes. And so in the Freedom family of companies, these right here. These right here are called Danny handles. Every kitchen must have Danny handles.
