It's really interesting to me that when a new year comes, you are so much more motivated to make changes. It feels like it's a fresh start. And when reality is that today was a fresh start when we woke up this morning. That's right. Tomorrow is a fresh start again when we wake up tomorrow. Tomorrow. But for some reason, the year changing just spurs up all of this emotion, all of these ideas, all of this creativity that goes, look what we can do next year. And I think, for me, it's tied to the fact that we measure things in years. Right. What did I do last year? How much did I accomplish? Did I do the things that I set out to do at the very beginning? What didn't go as planned? Where did we shift? And it gives us an opportunity to think bigger.
