For those of you who are not sure where to invest or you have some fear, it's okay. We've all been there. There are things Flip and I don't understand some types of investments, and we don't invest in them. Why? Because we don't understand them. And we understand real estate. We have something that we are so confident in that we invest all of our money in. Yeah, we're confident in what we're doing. But if we weren't in real estate right now and we were physicians, if we were just doing something else that really didn't allow us to invest in our own business, in our own real estate like we can do now, we'd be finding the. That we could trust. Right. If we were really interested in crypto or we were really interested in stocks. So if you're an investor who does have a little bit of fear about where you're putting your money, number one, find the team that you can trust, and if that team is us, then figure out where is your comfort level.
