Hey everybody. I'm John. I'm new here to Freedom Family Investments. I'm going to be on the operations team, primarily focusing on asset management and capital raise. I've been in commercial real estate for seven years working on retail, industrial and multifamily projects. I've done land acquisitions, I've done industrial acquisitions. And I'm really happy to be here because there's a huge opportunity for investors to get something really great out of the opportunities that Danny's providing. We look for assets in tertiary markets that are value add where there's a huge upside. We have a team that finds deals for us all over Ohio and other tertiary markets in the mid Midwest and Southeast. And we love what they do, we love the deals they bring to us and we think there's a lot of opportunity moving forward through 2023. I think there's a huge opportunity for investors to do well here because of our vertically integrated company. This is an incredible way to diversify your portfolio.
