We were actually at a mastermind not too long ago, and there was a hedge fund manager that was retired and he was managing a billion dollar fund. They started some Q and A, and there was another investor that stood up and he was managing some syndications. And we know him and actually we really like him. But one of his questions just didn't ring true with us. He asked, how do I get a hedge fund manager like you to invest with $10 million, $20 million, $50 million so that I don't have to raise capital from the everyday investors? It certainly wasn't phrased that way, but Flip and I both looked at each other and we said, that is not our goal.
