Real Estate Office Tour 1 Year Later | Freedom Vlog | EP. 54

Danny Lynn and Flip tour their expanded Freedom Real Estate Group office a year after launch. The team has grown enough to fill new space, and they're launching a 365-day podcast called Freedom through Passive Income.
Foreign.
Here with Danny Lynn. We are the owners and co founders of Freedom Real Estate Group and its family of companies.
Today we are launching episode one of our vlog. Video log. Video log, whatever.
Hey, look, there's Danny.
Hello, everybody. So we are super excited because it's been just over a year since we moved into this office. We were originally in Springboro in a 5,000 square foot office and we had to. We are expanding too big. And so we came here, 15,000 square foot facility. And a little over a year ago, we did our first video and it was called we're expanding. And you got to see the entire office space with the few members that transitioned from the 5,000 to the 15,000 and we had lots of room to grow. Well, just over a year later, we are full and we are getting ready to start our 365 day podcast series. So we thought this was a perfect intro video before that series starts to be able to show you exactly where, how far we've come in the last year. So right now I'm in Bettyland and Flip is going to take over on the tour and he's going to be pointing out signs like this. But Bettyland is where you get greeted every single time you come to our.
Office with a nice southern accent.
That's right.
All right, well, let's go for the tour. Come on. I can't remember exactly what everything looked like when we last did this video, but this is the conference room. We just got a new conference table because our last conference table couldn't fit everyone around the table. And this one doesn't even actually anymore either. But that's our conference room is updated every month. We do a. We do a shout out to one of our team members, both whether they're a VA or whether they're here local. And that one happened to be Sherry and she's from the Philippines. This is our CEO, Mr. Aaron Davis. And you'll notice right here next to it, that is from Predictive Index and he is an analyzer. We did that on everybody's nameplate on their door. So that way everyone knows how to interact if they need to. Then we've got Chris over here. He's from ipm, our property management company. Then we have Erica over here. Erica is also with property management. Then here we have Mariah and Jason, both with our property management. Over here we got Jen. She is one of our Bulldoggers, which is our renovations company.
I was just gonna ask Lauren.
She's with Team Frag. Lauren is one of our marketing teammates and Then we've got Cassie over here. She does the financials for frag. Well, actually, she does financials for all six companies.
Yes. Whenever Flip says team frag, that means they work for all six companies.
And then we've got Caitlin, who is our head marketing team member. We got Mark, who is in sales. Then we've got Tiffany over here. Tiffany is one of our first one. Well, Betty, actually. Betty land where we were earlier. Betty was our first hire and Tiffany was one of our next hires. So she's been here the longest with Betty. And we've known Tiffany for years. But don't talk to her because if you do, it'll be two hours before you realize that you won't get any work done. Now, Danny did say that we're full, we're packed. This one is empty. We have. We are actually working on this hire right now. And this is going to be our. What's this? Title or her title?
Senior accountant.
Senior accountant.
And we are technically packed. We had to build cubicles just so that office would be free.
And we'll see those cubicles in a second.
And here we go. I'm taking over the tour now. And from where Flip left off, this is right across the hallway. This is our training room. This is where we do some morning meetings, kickoff meetings, team weekly deal meetings. So this is a big space. We've even done some real estate group meetup meetings in this place. Really, really huge. And we love things.
Yeah. We had almost 60 people in this room.
That's right. Yes, we did. We call it our training room. And right next to our training room is our gym.
Hey, wait, this isn't our gym.
Nobody's used it yet. And that's why it's turned into kind of like a. What are you calling it?
Golf room.
It's a golf room now, but it's meant to be a gym if we ever intend on using it. For now, it's been commandeered by the men in this company that decided they wanted golf instead. We don't have the lights on in here, but right here is some of our cubicles. I think we have five or six cubicle spaces back here. You can see Dale and Chris have got their names right up there. They're in our property management team. I know Moriah is in one of these, and I think there's a couple other people back here. Between Bulldog renovations and property management, that's who you're going to see there. And then we're going to turn right here down to the left and the first thing that you're going to see here is our kitchen that we actually use. Yes, we do use when we have parties and everything. People can cook, and we just have lots of storage space and, you know, yum, yum, yum, nom nom, kitchen. And then I'm going to hand it off to Flip, because I think this might be one of his favorite rooms that you're about to see in a second.
And it's not a nap room. All right. She said this is one of my favorite rooms, and that is true. I do enjoy this room, and it is not a nap room. This is called the Frag Cafe. But if you come on in here, we've got Golden Tea Golf. Over here, we've got foosball. We've got King Kong, but this is our cafe, and we actually filled it up. This was a full room last week for one of our big parties, so we definitely take advantage of this room. So come on down. We're not done yet. So I'm not going to tell you about this teammate. You might have to do some research to see who this is. But this door doesn't get open too often. He's looking for his stapler. So we've got our supply room over here. This is actually. This is basically where Betty stores everything. Then we have our video room that we do for podcasts and other vlogs and other recordings and trainings and a whole miscellaneous. And then this room, we didn't know really what to title it, so we called it the Innovation Room. Also, I believe Betty calls it the relaxation station. But we've got.
If you want to take a nap, there's the bean bag. I have been scared twice. This room's pitch dark, and it's right across from my office. So I sneak through this room in order to go to the restroom, go to the kitchen, go see people. And people have been sleeping on that and went, hey, Danny. And I'm like.
So again, this is another entrance to the Innovation Room. And we're gonna head down here to what is now titled the War room slash warehouse. And this is what Danny was talking about. Added eight more cubicles here, plus another conference table here.
All right, so for the last part of your tour, we're going down this last wing. We have Packer, who's in charge of our acquisitions company, and then the lovely me. And I love Christmas. So flippy, put this on my door. And right here, the most cutest, adorable, handsomest, loving. I don't know what else to call you, but my husband would rob us.
I'm gonna kick him out. That's my office.
And this is the other entrance to the cafeteria. I've showed you. And then we're approaching Bettyland again. So here we are back in Readyland. Another mini storage right there. But then here's two of our chief bulldoggers which is our renovation company. Steve Maloney heads it up and Bill is one of his team members and look, we're back right in Bettyland. So thank you for joining us for this quick tour. We just wanted to show you how much we've grown in the last year. We're super, super excited. We're getting ready to start our 365 day series podcast. It's going to be super exciting. It's called Freedom through Passive Income and we hope you guys enjoy it. Until next time, bye bye.
Hey everybody. Flippa Danny here and welcome.
I like that you did that. It should have been a.
