Hey there again, this is Mark, the director of investments for Freedom Real Estate Group. I'm here today to talk to you about our Signature Series. Our Signature Series is our top of the line turnkey product. So here, when we acquire the property, we're going to have our rehab team walk the property, assign a scope of work to it so that it conforms to our excellent standards. This is a property that is going to survive the test of time. This is a property that is not going to need that maintenance on the turns.
