Vlog episode (number 11) of a real estate investing channel comparing pros of investing in single-family versus multifamily properties for newer investors. The host (normally with Danielle Robison, who is unavailable) brings in Mark (director of sales) and lists several benefits of single-family homes: lower price point (good entry), faster resale/liquidity, lower rehab costs (single roof, single hot-water heater/HVAC), lower turnover (tenants stay longer), and lower taxes/insurance.

Hey, everybody. Welcome. This is vlog episode number 11. Now, usually I'm sitting here with Danny, but she is absolutely swamped with private money lender phone calls and she's been on appointments all day today. Absolutely. You're going to find out that in single family homes, your tenants traditionally are going to stay there longer as well. So you're going to have not as much turnover for the single family home.
Absolutely. And then the other thing, when you're going to buy a single family house, you're also going to notice that the taxes and the insurance are a lot lower. So the.
