Emotional freedom means noticing your triggers, separating your feelings from others' emotions, and choosing how you respond. It's the overlooked freedom that lets you perform better and actually feel free.
What do you feel is most important for us to be able to find freedom in so that we can get to the next level of life?
So I would say the piece of freedom that most people don't talk as much about, and I wish they would talk more on, is this emotional freedom concept. When we don't talk about emotional freedom and we don't address the fact that if I am triggered by anything in my environment, I can't be at my best. And if you can't be at your best, then you don't really know what freedom feels like. So when you have emotional freedom, you can take in something that somebody does to you and be like, well, I'm not going to be a victim to it. I'm going to look at it and be like, is this mine or is this theirs? And if it is theirs, then you can let it go. If it's yours, then you can look at it and say, do I want to feel this emotion in this moment? Or what else could be true for me if I want to live with more freedom? So this emotional freedom component, I think is underutilized under thought about concept, but it's just as important as all the other freedoms that we most want to experience in our lives.
