Real estate money comes from flipping land, developing it, or renting it out as apartments, offices, warehouses, storage units, or care facilities. You can also lend money to other investors, buy into crowdfunded deals, or partner with active investors who handle the work while you put in capital.
Buying land, flipping land, developing land, multifamily commercial office space, industrial assisted living, self storage. Anything that has to do with the finite earth in which we live on has something to do with real estate. And that's why we say it feels like there's endless opportunities. Because whatever you think you can do, and if you can exchange value for something that has to do with land or something associated with land, that essentially is real estate, you could also be a private money lender. You also could be investing passively through crowdfunding platforms, or through syndications or through funds. You could be JV ing, which is a joint venture. Right, with an active investor and a passive investor, and marrying those opportunities. So there's so many ways to make money in real estate.
